Harry Gianos
Harry Gianos was a pleasure to work with. He took me on 3 test drives, explaining the features of the TL and the TSX. When I decided on the TL, his price was extremely competitive. Not only that, I felt that I received a very fair offer for my trade in. Harry then went out of his way to get the TL in the color and interior that I wanted. I felt no pressure during the process. I would recommend Harry and McGrath Acura to any of my friends who are looking for a great car!

Discrimination
Bruce Kolz is a Liar and discriminates Minority Group. We shhok hand with final price of the new vehicle and when it came to sign the document he told me that I cannot get this vehicle because he didn't agreed to the price due to this car having chrome wheel. How come a GM not know what is advertized in the website that is run by them plus after test drive and I was given this vehicle to drive througout the weekend and Monday he asked me to pay $3000more other wise he will sale it to someone else. This guy looked at me and felt like I shouldn't be his dealer to buy Acura. I am certain I make at least $40k more than this GM including his Bonus. I felt like he didn't feel comfortable about Minority person buying Fully Loaded Acura MDX Top Of The Line. I hope my Minority family will seriously consider not going there to buy there new or used vehilce. Thank you Roshan B.

Outstanding dealership with friendly staffs
On April 14, it was a chilly day, I, Aijaz was driving with my family and passed by the McGrath Acura dealer located in Morton Grove. My wife asked me to stop by and check out the cars because my brother in law own an Acura car. So, I decided to stop by and look into it because I had a little knowledge, but needed more clarification regarding the car and SUV. We walked in and notice how clean and neat the dealership is. Also, the staffs were friendly and made my family and I feel welcome. As soon as, I walked in the sales representative Noonya Taroyan approached and ask us "if we need any help to find a car." I told her "I need help, but first I would like to sit down and ask some questions before I do the test driving." Ms. Taroyan was very politely and sit down with me and answer all the questions I had. During the conversation, she offered my family and me beverages and was very attentive to us. To make it short, because I can continue, I did the test driving and end up buying the RDX '14 on that date. Overall, the McGath Acura is an outstanding dealer with wonderful staffs. Ms. Taroyan was very helpful and outstanding with her services. I'm very pleased with the car and with Ms. Taroyan for been helpful and helping me purchasing the car. Therefore, I will greatly recommend the dealer and Ms. Taroyan to my families and friends.

Professional sales experience
My wife and I dealt with Harry Gainos in the purchase of a 2014 MDX with Technology package. He was a good listener and spent a fair amount of time with us which included two test drives for each of us on different days. We traded in a 2002 MDX previously purchased at McGrath. We did our homework and Harry was very competitive on the pricing and the trade-in. He also has been quite responsive on follow up questions about using all the technology features on the vehicle. Our experience has been positive and we highly recommend him.

Bruce Salzman, the sales person who took care of me, did a great job of working to get me in a car with the features I wanted and at the right price. I purchased a new Acura MDX with internet sales Rep Linda Forey in the price negotiation and vehicle selection process through E-mail communications. She is very efficient and timely feedback towards all questions. She made a fairly price quote which I accepted since she clearly delivered other benefits of doing business with the dealership such as one full year wearable parts replacement, dens removal, life time free car washes ... that is very important for me to consider after purchasing services. In the showroom, the sales Rep Elson Yu is very knowledgeable and professional. He showed exceptional skill and in an efficient way in preparing paperwork which only taking about thirty minutes then shifting to finance department. He fully explained and demonstrated the vehicle features, menu functions and how to operate. I have four family members diving cars. We trade our cars around three to five years intervals. This purchasing is the best time that I never have before. I did a lot of homework through internet, by compare ration, this dealership is fare in price, more benefits in maintaining services, friendly, trustful people and an enjoyable environment. New car dealer with sleezy used car lot feel
Agreed to a deal but Harry wouldn't provide me with final numbers in writing. First he said someone else took the key home to that car so he couldn't sell it to me. Then he said the sales manager was off the next day and he would call me the next. What dealer doesn't sell a car to a ready and willing buyer who is ready to sign for an agreed upon deal? After chasing Harry down for a week I have up and bought from a dealer 15 miles away and paid more.
