You aren't supposed to walk away from a Dealership with a great feeling after negotiating for a new car, I know. But I have to say, we really did. Here is why: my wife and I came in looking for the advanced package MDX. We negotiated a price on a slightly used car with a ton of add-ons, but that had to be transferred to this dealership. When that car ended up being delayed, our extraordinarily nice salesman (Ted Weldon) and the sales manager both reached out to us and apologized. They secured us a new MDX, put all the add-ons on it, and even gave us a loaner MDX to drive for a month while the new MDX was being built. How is that for extraordinary service! They were straightforward, they didn't pressure us, and honestly were a pleasure to deal with.

I was Really impressed by the staff. They really go above and beyond for the customers:) I've been to multiple dealers and all had other interest that wouldn't benefit me. In this case, McGrath really focused in what I Wanted and made things happen.
