Exceptional Service

Service Dept. is very attentive, helpful and friendly. Easy to make appointments. Work to be done is explained thoroughly with an estimate. I love the shuttle service--a big plus!

Everything. There is no pressure is purchasing. Lots of patience. Kind. Respectful. Early Staff. I got to the dealer early to be alone and wow, staff was there an hr earlier.

Great service

Great services Lawrence was great! Waiting area very comfortable and clean. Service completed sooner than estimated time. And my car was washed!

Fast, thorough service

Honda Pasadena's service department fixed the problem and did it even more quickly than the service adviser had estimated. This was a problem that my neighborhood mechanic has tried to fix twice with no success.

Oil & Filter Change

The advisor Michael Tran was very nice & efficient. He offered me a ride which I didn't need as I live pretty close. He also had my car washed, which I appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service.
