Oil Change

Service is great. People who did the transactions were professional and attentive. Did not need to wait that long to get my car back. As I left I noticed that my car turned on good and ran good coming out the parking lot.

Good service, clean facility

Staff was Welcoming, and did not take long for them to seat me. They also were able to Price match from other Honda dealer...not sure if they take from different repair shops. Overall, great experience!

Unexpected yet extremely pleased:)

Great Customer Service! I did not know I'd purchase a new car so having an honest, informed pleasant and confident salesman such as Arturo helped tremendously.:) The night before I was in a hit and run...I was the party that was hit however grateful to be alive without injury. I knew it was time for a new car! The gentleman who handled the negotiation of the actual contract was also informed, professional and again gave great customer service. I honestly was not looking forward to having a car payment after going over almost 18 years without one however I really did not mind after my experience at Pasadena Honda...Both gentlemen helped me understand what I was paying for and I appreciated the benefits of being a member of the Honda customer family! I was welcomed and knew that should I have any questions in the future they would be there for more than just the initial sale of the vehicle. That matters to me...longterm great customer service. Thank you!

No nonsense, no pressure, fast service

The sales staff was direct and efficient, no nonsense, and factual. No high pressure tactics, no nonsense. IT was a pleasure to shop and buy.
