Nice facility, well run. Comfortable waiting area.

Great Service by a staff that cares.

I bought my first Honda at Honda of Pasadena in 2003, and through the years I never ever took it anywhere else for service. When it came time to get a new car, I already knew it would be a Honda, and I already knew beyond a doubt I would be buying it from Honda of Pasadena. In all my interactions with employees at Honda of Pasadena, I've always felt that I was cared for, and that although this is a business and making money is key, what was in my best interests were and have always taken into consideration. I trust Honda of Pasadena.

Wonderful service kind staff

The staff called me back in a timely fashion, and were very polite. I was able to get rides to and from home easily to drop off and pick up my car.

Great experience at Honda of Pasadena

Our salesman, Tim, was very nice and not pushy. He was very helpful and really made sure we were happy with our purchase. We really liked Honda of Pasadena because the salesmen were not pushy, they were up front about the out- the-door price of our car and there was a great selection to choose from and fair prices. There was an issue with the battery of our car and they took care of it immediately.

Easy drop off for car servicing. Prices charged were accurate based on estimates. Friendly staff. Car washed upon return when serviced. Car was finished in a timely manner.
