We selected McKenna to look for a silver Cayenne, while driving up the 5 on a weekend vacation trip (we live in another state where there are no Porsche dealers) because their online inventory looked more comprehensive than the other socal dealers. Arriving as a cold walk-in first thing, Dominic spent most of his morning showing us vehicles and was incredibly patient and helpful. We ended up going back the next day to buy a black Macan! Since we were out-of-state buyers there were logistics to do with delivery, title and registration. Dominic kept on top of all the steps in that process, answering sometimes several emails per day quickly. Definitely recommended.

I'm going to stick to the facts and then you can draw your own conclusions. At the end of March 2019 we ordered the 2020 911S to be delivered by end of August 2019. Everything was confirmed. In July we had to text and call several times to get a response from Eric (General Manager!!!). Same thing happened in August however this time we felt he was holding back on something. Fast-forward to the end of August and he said the car was not available and moved the delivery to maybe September...maybe October...you won't get it before November or December. Keep in mind that as far as we were told, the car has been at the port in L.A. since August. Temporarily, he offered to lease another Porsche, but failed to send a leasing agreement or respond to our messages. As of today, October 9th, we have not heard back from Eric or McKenna. We don't even know what's causing the delay. It's said how one person can screw up the hard work of thousands of people and make you hate a brand that should bring joy to every driver fanatic. Never McKenna Porsche and most likely never Porsche.

Have been buying cars for the last 35 years here in Southern California. I have never enjoyed any part of the dealership car buying process. But this time, although the process is still the same and time consuming, but the staff there were "Tops" in our book. It started with the initial phone call with Dominic Torres. Super nice and attentive sales guy and not pushy. Than there is the "scary" sales manager, Tim Churchill who was actually the nicest, most knowledgeable sales manager that I've dealt with. I know that the whole process is 4 to 5 hours, and most requires the buyers to sit and wait. But Tim and Dominic made sure that we were comfortable and that we were entertained. Tim and I had some awesome conversations and found out that we're from the same generation and born the same year. Had similar tastes of cars. I would definitely recommend buying a car here. Tim made us feel like he was trying to build a long term relationship with us as clients. Really appreciate it! The next day, we went and bought a car at Long Beach BMW. The experience there was horrible and I will be writing a review about them on their site. But perhaps, the experience that Tim and Dominic gave us really spoiled us and made LB BMW seem that much worse.

Excellent service all around. Was looking for a great CPO Panamera and did not have a lot of time to hassle with going in and haggling. Reached out online and got a hold of Adrian. He answered all my questions, was very responsive and made the entire process pretty seamless. Ended up getting the car and now just waiting for some upgrades to be completed on it. So far so good. 5 stars all around!

John was quick to the point and suggested a solution. Tim Le was patiently showing the vehicles and allowed us to test drive many vehicles. It was somewhat tiring experience.
