I took my 2021 S-580 in at the appointed time to have a recall taken care of. They signed me in and gave me a rental car for the day. But three hours later, they called saying that they did not have the part to make the recall repair. What a waste of time for me and for the dealership. For some reason, the dealer's parts department, service department and service desk are not communicating.
