Long story short: Online car details stated BMW was equipped with heated seats and a premium package. Drove from OKC to Dallas to purchase to find out it did not. Earlier that morning, started calling first thing in the AM. I expressed I wanted to get the purchase wrapped up early so not to get caught in Dallas drive time traffic. During negotiations, the salesman tried to say they don't accept outside financing. After virtually walking away the story changed, but not before they suggested I use their financing, make a couple of payments and then use my own. Finally got everything cleared by 3:30, which put me in the traffic I was trying to avoid and right before closing. Got there, they made me sign some initial paperwork BEFORE seeing and test driving the car. After test driving, I told them lack of advertised options was a deal-breaker. They offered other cars with more mileage, less options, or one key fob cars, or to come back tomorrow to look at one that was being serviced. I was told if I wanted a car with the options that was what I was looking to purchase/what was promised on their website it would cost me "much more." Roundtrip cost me 7.5 hours, gas, mileage on my car, tolls and didn't get home until 10:45 PM and all I got from them was a lousy, "Hey I feel really bad you drove all this way."

Car didn't have advertised options. Then tried to sell car w/less options more mileage. Said they don't accept outside financing at first.

Finance dept. / warranty is a scam. Too many lies from JOSE. I still have not received my refund and it's been more than 8 WEEKS. And negative customer service from TYLER who hung up the phone on me after telling more lies.
