If you are ever in need of a dependable vehicle for a reasonable price, and impeccable service call Ali at Auto Web. I initially came in to purchase another vehicle, but Ali's patience and knowledge of product was amazing. My car buying experience was very smooth and easy. The entire staff was very helpful and easy going. I would definitely like to recommend if you are planning to buy one.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDIf you are in the market for a new...

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND If you are in the market for a new or used car do not use this company. We did and then spent the next 6 weeks trying to get the extra $6,000 they tagged on to our total cost, and then proceeded to lie about, back from them. We spent a Friday afternoon with them at the beginning of March. After 2 hours of looking, picking a model and agreeing the out the door price I left my husband to finish paper work. When my husband returned home he informed me that the finance guy, Jose, had recommended some additional warranties but it was only $30 extra a month on the finance. It is important to say that my husband did sign the paperwork but I decided to check and when I did there was an extra $6000 added. I immediately called them on Saturday morning and asked to have it removed. Jose asked that we come in that Monday to discuss but when we tried we were told he was off sick. After a week and no feedback we went into their office. Jose informed us that in order to cancel the warranty we had to sign additional paperwork. We were never told this. I also called the warranty company and was told that they never received any payment so the warranty was still pending. The paperwork went through that day and on the 11th March the warranty company confirmed it was totally canceled. We then spent several more weeks asking when we would get our money back, with no answer. Only after we made our first finance payment did we get the money taken of the total. I do not say this lightly but the finance Jose continuously lied to us, it was extremely stressful and I did have sleepless nights over it. Whether they are pulling a finance scam or fudging their figures I do not know but NEVER AGAIN.

In and out in less than an hour! Ali was straightforward, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service! Jose in finance was amazing. He was quick and efficient. He even got me a better deal than I was expecting. I would recommend Auto Web Expo to anyone in the market for a quality luxury vehicle!

Don't Walk, RUN AWAY.

They'll hook you in with a Web price and then try to stick you with another. Not reputable. Used PenFed Buying Service and they would not honor Member's Price. Added a bunch of fees. Don't Walk, Run...
