Not Just a Saleswoman
I have worked with Alicia in the past and not only was it just a buying experience, it was a learning experience. Since my initial purchase she has been excellent about keeping up with me as well as offering advice and providing me with the proper avenues for whatever question or need I may have. I have never had a sales consultant that has gone so far above and beyond in all areas while creating a seamless and pressure-free buying experience. I cannot wait to use her again for my ever-changing search for the perfect vehicle.

Would never recommend this dealership
Honestly this dealership does not even need one star. I am reporting this to the BBB and the news channel along with my reviews on the web. I purchased a vehicle earlier in August. I asked the finance person if I should pay my note or if it would be paid on time. He said they pay off within 3 days. A week went by still not paid off. I kept being reassured by Vinnie that it was. Come into September and it still was not paid off. I was over 30 days late showing on my credit report. Finally I get a response from them saying, " it somehow got lost in the mail." How is this acceptable? So finally about 5 days later after my credit was already messed up it was paid off. Only then does it get better. I talked with a man Edward who was apologetic and said he would take care of it. Come to find out they paid all but $23.75. Well a few days later it was still not paid as they assured me it would be. When I called back Edward no longer worked there and I spoke with Jason. Jason told me to pay it and they would send a check. Also in the meantime they were supposed to figure out how to talk with the finance company to get the 30 days off since it was 100% their fault. I do not recommend this place to anyone on how they handle their customer relations and don't care about people's credit reports. This is very negligent and will be reported. Be careful in dealings with them because they are not honest and have not still received a check I shouldn't have even had to pay for. One last remark would not let me speak with owner.

Best purchase ever
I came to Dallas to see my granddaughter play ball, I saw an MKX at Auto Web Expo. I called and Jesse answered, he was nice and professional. I came in and saw Jesse and we left with the MKX. Jesse, Doug and everyone was real nice and I will tell everyone I know about Jesse and Auto Web Expo. Thanks

DISHONEST SALES TEAM
Worst experience. Never Step in to this Dealership.. Promised that documents will be delivered by EOD as they techincal issue in their server. But finally I have pay a visit after a week to collect the same. At least no feeling of guilty that they could not deliver because of technical glitch. After getting the documents I see my name of wrongly spelled inspite of providing the copies of Drivers License, Passport copies etc., Vehicle registration was done with incorrect spelling. Still struggling to find a point of contact to get the same corrected. Promised Edmunds gas card and did not honour the same. Tried to contact the sales guy, and unfortunately he is no more with this dealer. Called the dealership but always gets an answer that manager is in meetings, away from desk.. Great Car Dealership Experience
Bought a 2009 Saab, it was my first experience buying any car from an actual dealership. These guys were great! They gave a me great price, worked with me on every step of the way and made sure they didn't make me feel pressured to buy their vehicle or even try and sall me on other things I didn't even need. Really great customer service and great first experience buying from a dealership. Next time I need to buy a car they will be the first ones Ill go to.

Great place to buy luxury cars
Came in here a while back with my dad looking to buy a 2012 BMW. The staff greeted us almost immediately and led us through the entire buying process quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend buying your luxury car here.

AutoWebExpo knows how to treat a customer well! I walked in over the weekend looking for an Audi and was immediately greeted by Richard. I let them know that I wasn't looking to purchase that day and they still catered to me as if I were buying their most expensive car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a used luxury car!
