This was my first purchase at Garnet Ford.

This was my first purchase at Garnet Ford. My sales rep, Chris Marchiani, was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and worked with me to arrive at a solution that allowed me purchase the truck with no hassle at all.

Service on F150

Pickup in for oil change, tire rotation and multi check. Service write at check in and out, professional and friendly. Glad I switched to this dealer!

Garnet Ford Service Department

We needed to get our 2020 Fusion Hybrid inspected knowing all well that some things needed service to pass. Bryan my service advisor pointed out what the mechanic found and explained everything to me in professional and caring way. Bryan explain that after 35,000 miles it would be best to put on 4 new tires at this time and I totally agreed with him because I thought they were needed too. Driving home I could feel the difference in my ride and we felt safer. Great job Bryan and Garnet Ford!

You need to read my previous review from a month ago to understand why I'am writing this one,about my 2023 Ford transit 250.It came without 3 pieces of standard equipment that was part of my order on 6-9-2022.The owners response was to call ''so they could work with me to make this right''. Sales manager Rob Twining offered to order and give me the parts needed, for the 2 rear doors & 2 back side panel magnets, but he won't install them. When I picked up the parts , some of the parts needed to complete the installation were not there. I went to the dealership to see him to ask him to order the missing parts. He, Rob Twining and the other sales manager Anthony Dorazio said No to ordering the other parts,that they were finished giving me anything more. He said the owner wasn't happy with him giving me the parts. So much for ''working with me to make it right''.The owner should be unhappy with the sales managers not following up on the 2022 orders to insure customers were aware of the 2023 changes. If they did so I would be asking for the parts that I ordered in 2022.

All around great experience.

All around great experience. Chris Marchiani sold me my first truck 24 years ago and it was great to work with him again. An extended test drive allowed my whole family to weigh in and that made all the difference. We sealed the deal via Sunday texts, which shows Chris’ customer focus. Equally important- I love my F-150!
