If I could give ZERO stars i would, Ryan Prosser is the biggest scam in the business. nothing i was promised did i get, and he still owes me money for the COD he never told me about. last time i buy a car from a different state. If i lived closer this review would be in person.

Rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with.

Rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. Called me bro like he’s one of my friends or something. Completely turned off by this dealership and I was legit ready to purchase a $47k car from them. HARD PASS NOW

They don't even have the car that I saw on cars.com post. The price was too good to be true. They rather showed me other similarly priced vehicles instead. A typical sales tactic.

I found the car that was advertised on line and it was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. Ryan the manager took care to see that minor issues were promptly addressed and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I will buy from this company again.

The lease return Center is trash!

The lease return Center is trash! This dealership is very unprofessional. I will spend some times doing videos and reviews about the disgrace of a business. I purchased a car there two weeks ago and the guy John told me I had to put $5,000 down without knowing my income or running my credit. That's clearly discrimination. later that evening, the loan officer learned I make over $157,000 a year. When I left the dealership and came back to purchased the car that was listed for $21,000 now when I go to closing it was over $25,000. I was told that I had to put $2000 down. I put $1000 down and was suppose to pay another $1000 yesterday. I found out yesterday it was an issue with my card so I gave another card to use. There was a withdrawal. Today, I began getting several calls from John. I immediately responded that I was at work and could text only. Today I got several threatening texts from John. I kept asking was this dealership going to honor their agreement to pay for my rims to get painted, but they totally ignored that question. They also agreed to fix the knock in axle , which they never did. It just more threats about what they are going to do to me. That is crazy. It is no wonder they have a 2 star rating. They said they are not sending my info to Dmv for my tags after I already paid for it. I have a list of mis steps with this dealership that my lawyer will address. I will be releasing videos to my over 100,000 social media followers about this unprofessional place.

Run away-fast!

Run away-fast! Scam artists. Liars,cheats,manipulators. They sell very badly damaged vehicles. Don’t believe me? Every single VIN you put into the KBB buy it now will say they cannot purchase due to severe damage.. I did 6 random vehicles—all garbage. I am actually writing a report will full evidence of fraud and sending to VA Attorney General. If you buy one of their cars and need to sell it, you will get about 20% of what you paid. Had Jason as sales guy— typical slime ball. Plenty of cars out there..don’t get scammed! Brad Westcott

I wouldn’t be surprised if this place running chop shop.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this place running chop shop. Bought car online old fashioned bait and switch showed me clean Carfax after receiving my check. They sent purchase order saying the car had been serious accident. Lease Return Center AKA AMG xxxxxxxx change their name I’m thinking because there was so many bad reviews. Don’t trust anything these people say scam artist. Have your vehicle inspected by third party if you decide go down that rabbit hole. I have 60k wrapped up in structural damage vehicle Kelly Blue book red flagged I can’t even get cash offer from any dealership. Not to mention they swapped out 21” sport wheels pictured for 19” add insult injury. I didn’t realize this level of unprofessionalism existed 2023. Lastly this place not even recognized by BBB Better Buisness Bureau. Check for yourself if don’t believe. All positive ratings probably writing own reviews. You been warned!

RUN

Terrible experience. Customer service is inexcusably lacking any kind of direct. Absolutely rude with zero self awareness. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Go anywhere else.

Bad communication

Found a car paid deposit and everything drove half way there got a call saying they got the cars mixed up with another car and that the cars not even on the lot.

PULL AUTO CHECK.

PULL AUTO CHECK. PULL AUTO CHECK. These scammers got me. When I went to trade my vehicle in to my surprise I was told it has “FRAME DAMAGE”. Clean Carfax. Dealer I was trading pulled AUTO CHECK.
