Lease Return Center reinforces the stereotype of a "greasy used car dealership". I called to confirm availability of a 2020 Tesla Model S with vin number 5YJSA1E54NF473408. Jason Sarwari confirmed that the car is en route to their dealership and I can put down a $1,000 deposit if I want to buy it. They sent me a deposit agreement form via DocuSign where I promptly provided my credit card info and signed the document. All of this occurred rapidly. Then Jason calls me to inform me that the car has some suspension problems and they're performing warranty work on it. I said I don't mind waiting if the car will be ready within a reasonable time frame and asked him to keep me in the loop. Fast forward a couple of days and I followed up with Jason and he gives me the all-too-predictable greasy used car salesman spiel of how someone else put a deposit down on the car before I did yada yada yada. I stopped him right there and ended the call. Going to report this to the Better Business Bureau next. Anyone else with similar experiences should do the same.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this place running chop shop. Bought car online old fashioned bait and switch showed me clean Carfax after receiving my check. They sent purchase order saying the car had been serious accident. Lease Return Center AKA AMG xxxxxxxx change their name I’m thinking because there was so many bad reviews. Don’t trust anything these people say scam artist. Have your vehicle inspected by third party if you decide go down that rabbit hole. I have 60k wrapped up in structural damage vehicle Kelly Blue book red flagged I can’t even get cash offer from any dealership. Not to mention they swapped out 21” sport wheels pictured for 19” add insult injury. I didn’t realize this level of unprofessionalism existed 2023. Lastly this place not even recognized by BBB Better Buisness Bureau. Check for yourself if don’t believe. All positive ratings probably writing own reviews. You been warned!

I called this dealer for a used car, I asked them to give me the out the door price that i am interested in , They wanted me to apply for a loan application which i did, they asked my driving license address and everything, I did everything they asked me to, So finally manager called that we run your credit score it 9.3 interest rate fir loan or smthg, i told them , thanks i want to go my own credit union, he said what i am competing with? i said my rate is 5.6..he said ok and i will send you the out the door price in a bit, 2 minutes later, their sales man called and said sorry somebody bought the car.After 3 days car is still on their website. These guys dont have a work ethic. they are just looking for to rip you off,, dont buy a car from these guys.i

I came in to buy a vehicle, I spoke with Jason and told him I would be back to test drive and buy the car. After the test drive he tried to get me to finance in house when I told him I was pre approved by navy federal he then told me that the car was already sold. He told me to my face minutes after we finished the test drive. It is a month later and the car is still on the lot. It will be there forever, this place is shady and bad at business. All potential buyers beware.

Discussed and dissatisfied and wasted my whole day never again I wonder why I was treated so badly

Pathetic. Not honest about the condition of the vehicles. Definitely do not shop here. But I did turn around and sell the car and made $10,000 on it!!!

Great experience. Finanancing done before I finished test drive. Ryan goes out of his way to make sure eveythang is right and that you the customer is satisfied.

From start to finish Ryan provided honest, sraight forward information. There was never a hard sell, just accurate information, suggestions, detailed answers. This is the second car we've bought from this dealer and have had an excellent experience both times. At my ae, not sure how many more cars I'll buy but if I do , I'll return here

I do not normally leave reviews, but I feel like I need to warn any future potential customers. I bought a Subaru STI from them and May and I was guaranteed that they would have the vehicle where it could pass Maryland inspection as I was buying out of state. After inspection the vehicle failed for multiple reasons and after reaching out by email or cell for weeks I have been unable to get any response. I now need to fix the car myself and do the whole tag and title process (that they charged me for). Luckily for me this is not my first wrx/sti, but if it was I would be completely screwed. I also handled financing privately, and if you absolutely have to buy a car here, I would definitely not do financing through them as you won’t be able to get in contact after your purchase. Please do your due diligence when purchasing from this dealership, and if possible buy elsewhere.

Horrible at responding as if they don't want to make money or sale you a vehicle. I had to call multiple times and text multiple times just to get a response from this business. Glad I purchased elsewhere.
