Buyer beware, they won't fix what is wrong with the car when purchased. Extended warranty they sell is a joke. Has no coverage. Have reached out multiple times & never received a call back. Terrible place. If management is reading this reach out to me.

Horrible Customer Service and most of the staff will lie right to your face. They don’t return calls, or emails. Their cars are not properly inspected or vetted. They buy cars on the cheap and will sell you anything. U need to be a mechanic or take a mechanic with you this place. Also make sure they do a video of the car because they are famous for having people drive from out of state for cars that are no longer there. It’s not surprising that BBB took their buisness accreditation away last year. They have horrible customer service and only care about making money. They don’t care anything about having good customer service, or having good professionalism. Acreddition Revoked by BBB and local Politicians need to close this place.

After reading reviews they are probably right. It's hard to tell the truth but easy to lie, this dealership takes the easy way out. Do not trust them whatsoever.

The single worst car buying experience I have ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME (and they will waste a lot of it). They are dishonest, do not follow through on promises, bait-and-switch, good-cop-bad-cop. You name it, they did it. Cost me a lot of time and money. Do not be fooled by a decent first impression!

I drove down from Pennsylvania about a 2 hour drive to look at a 2008 Challenger SRT8. I called down to make sure the vehicle was still available. I got down there and the vehicle was at their other location. While I was waiting, I went out and looked at a grey Hellcat Durango they had. The salesman gave me the keys and allowed me to pull it out of its parking spot and take a look at it. I was surprised to find that the vehicle looked like it was still owned by someone. There was still a booster seat in it and the carpet hadn't been cleaned. The front had been repainted and the paint did not match and was dry sprayed on. Sad to see for a vehicle the only made 3,000 of and not repaired properly. Anyway, the Challenger I called down for arrived about 30 minutes after I got there. The car did not match the one from the photos. The ad for the vehicle did not say that they were just file photos. The only thing the same was the vehicle color. The car had been wrecked and it was not reported damaged. The decklid/trunk did not fit and the gaps between the panels was noticeable. I also noticed that the door panels had been tampered with and hardware was missing. When I took the car for a test drive, there was a noise coming from the right rear. Possibly either a hub bearing and/or a dust shield rattling. The car gutless when it accelerated. For a car with a 6.1L, I've driven 6 cylinders with faster acceleration. I wouldn't buy from these guys.

This review will not be short by any means. Please take the time to read my review I am sure it will allow you to make a very good decision.I began my purchase in early February 2024. When I visited the Lease Return Center I was pleasantly surprised of the dealerships inventory, organization, and neatness.Jason , in sales was expecting me and it was VERY busy inside. I was amazed at the way every employee worked so well together . Jason had the car I was interested in brought from an inventory lot, placed a dealer tag on the car and said enjoy a great test drive. From my first "hello" to Jason there was NO doubt he was very knowledgeable,helpful,and a genuine person. Although the result of that day didn't make the sale I continued calling regarding the car. And Jason always took time to talk to me and explain any questions I had It was my reluctance and in NO way anything to do with Jason that I shunned any forward progress. On March 1,2024 Jason in the finance department contacted be regarding purchasing the car. I returned to the dealership and again was greeted with the utmost friendliness and respect spoke to Jason in sales and the sat down with Jason in finance.I made an appointment to revisit on March 6, 2024 to close the deal on the car. Yes so far this has been a long review, however please continue. When I met both Jason's on March 6, 2024 again a very welcoming and pleasant attitude was there. I sat down with Jason in finance and I was amazed at the many options and choices he took time to find for the best of my deal. If you have got this far in my review I would absolutely suggest you visit the Lease Return Center take a look at the inventory ( no vehicles in bad order ) and begin a car buying experience you will enjoy and certainly not soon to forget !!! There are many employees at this dealership I had the opportunity to meet and experience 2 excellent Guys in the car business. Jason and Jason I do thank you. I sent a very simple inquiry regarding the interior seat condition of a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I got an e-mail back that was obviously from a bot. I responded anyway, reminding the dealership of the original question, and never got a further response. I wouldn't do business with a dealership that works this hard not to communicate with a potential customer.

Jason was not a good salesman… definitely left me hanging … he was supposed to call me when the car was ready.. never got back to me..

please stay away from these guys they are crooks they will lie lie lie one person with multi names if you know what i mean stay away

Dealership is the worst, Nas helped me and we had an agreement that I would only buy the car if the issues with the dashboard were fixed. Tried fixing the issue but Nas and their staff disappeared on me. Ignored my calls and didn’t even bother to call me. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Complete scammers
