I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke

I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines. Everyone was professional and friendly. Starting with the GM Bert Martinez and the Sales Rep Moises Cisneros both were great! they made the process very smooth and enjoyable and worked with my price range. I am new to the Mercedes family and hope to be back and stay.

Rude and inconsiderate staff.

Rude and inconsiderate staff. Victor, one of their Service Advisors was professional and helpful as we were waiting for our 2024 Mercedes to complete the service process. However, their staff members handing loaner vehicles were very inconsiderate toward my wife and left us with a bad impression of the Auto Nation and Mercedes brand. Additionally, they added an expensive paint protection package on the purchase of my wife's vehicle without her consent.
