I am still waiting on a call back from the service...

I am still waiting on a call back from the service manager Daniel. I have brought my bmw up there 3 times to get my brakes fixed and they are still not fixed. The service advisor told me that it was advised to her that b/c of my brakes they will always squeak. Every time I stop at red lights or parking lots and I get ready to park all you here is this loud squeaking. It’s really embarrassing. People will just look. I just can’t imagine bmw making performance vehicles and the brakes supposed to squeak that loud. I left a message on Daniel voicemail, no call back. Called again and the rep told me she will leave a note on his desk, still no call back. I will be reaching out to bmw relations as well. This is such a horrible experience. It’s sad that out of my busy schedule for a brand and dealer you trust continue to let you down.

These people have no respect for other people’s time. I...

These people have no respect for other people’s time. I called yesterday to ask a few questions about a used BMW that I was interested in. The woman on the phone answered all of my questions, but told me there was a hold on the vehicle because it was pending sale. Fast forward to later that day, and they call back begging me to come in and meet the Sr. Sales Manager, never saw him, and consider purchasing the car. There was no more hold. I made an appointment for today at 6:00. Throughout the day, they followed up three times, once via email and two phone calls. On one of the calls, I was promised the car would be there and ready to test drive since it was previously on the showroom floor. I show up at 6:00, the car is nowhere to be found, and I cannot drive it because there is a pending offer. Zero communication. And no managers even bothered coming over to apologize for the massive waste of time. So glad I spent time cleaning out my trade in, left work early, and drove 40 minutes to get there. Find a car somewhere else!
