I've been a loyal customer at Global Imports since 2006. I've always used them for my BMW service needs and been very pleased. When it was time to get a new one, that's where I looked. Charles Reed was my salesman and did a fabulous job from beginning to delivery of the car. He and John Gibbins handled all the details and made this a very positive experience. Wade Holliday also did an excellent job explaining all the upgrades on the new car. Hussain made the financing go smoothly. This is car buying the way that it should be. Definitely recommend!

We purchased a new BMW X-5 over six week ago and have been happy with the car. However, the license plate for the car has not been received. As of today, we are driving with a temporary license tag that expired seven days ago. We began calling the dealer's sales personnel several days before the tag expired but have not received a return call from anyone at the dealership. Meanwhile, we are driving around with expired plates and no state registration.

Buying from Global BMW was great. We shopped there in 2011 or so, and had a terrible experience (MSRP only, and would not negotiate at all) , so we were very reluctant, but this time around was a completely different experience. We ordered our vehicle, just before the COVID-19 crisis, with the plant shutting down for a month, but we were kept informed of the status.

Exceptional dealership. We received a great price for a fabulous car, even during COVID 19. The purchase was quick, easy and seamless. Great coordination between between Global departments (Sales, Financing, Service, BMW genius specialist, etc.) to keep the transaction moving. My husband bought a new 530i last Friday. I bought a new 540i last August. Our sales person for both purchases (Omar Allen, Senior Client Advisor) was exceptional. Omar is professional, experienced and very easy to work with. He doesn't oversell, no lengthy sales pitch, no fluff, doesn't waste your time, matches the car to your requests/needs/budget. He's direct, straight to the point, best price from the start (not a back-and-forth drag you through process) He listens to you and matches up the deal. If you are shopping for a BMW we recommend Omar Allen.
