Great experience...so far. They were not stuck on a "no haggle" (means ripoff) price and negotiated a price that I was very happy with. Andrej was very helpful and knew every inch of the car which was impressive. I have gone to other dealers where the salesperson doesn't know anything about cars!! Just selling widgets! This is my first BMW so I do have my reservations about German vehicles but Global was very straightforward and the purchase was painless.

Of course most customerservice starts off great. Once the sale takes place things seem to taper off. I bought a pre owned BMW from Global Imports in Atlanta GA. Charles Reed was my salesperson. Since the sale was completed about 2 months ago, my car has been in for service 6, yes 6, times.the car came off of certification less than 2 weeks prior to my purchase. Thought that meant Global Imports had recently attended to any issues. Charles assured me it was a near perfect car. Couldnt be further from the truth. Nearly $10,000 in repairs in the first two months. All Charles can advise me is that I should call BMW of North America. Additionally the dealership has owed me a reimbursement of $300 sincemy purchase. Just got the check today and it was short. What lousy business practices over there at Global Imports BMW of Atlanta.

Your response is priceless. I am done giving you feedback. Only to be met by lies. I have repeatedly voiced my concerns with the vehicle. Charles Reed said to me, and I quote ...” Sally, I sell the car, I dont make the cars”. You did repairs on the vehicle and failed at it. You knew the car had these issues. Thats likely why you didnt certify it. You are a dishonest dealer. So no...we are far out of tye feedback phase. Im considering further action. Sit tight.

Service and writer best experience at dealership ever.. writer Shina Franklin kept me informed the whole process..which persuaded me to continue driving from Henry county..have visited BMW south and was so disappointed.. everyone is helpful and professional.. car was under warranty when I first came to global and even though my services are free the care was excellent.. thanks sonic group.

Omar Allen was our sales representative. We had called ahead about a certain vehicle that we were interested in and once we had arrived he was there with all the paperwork we needed. Professionalism is a word that I would use to describe him, he was knowledgeable and had a great personality. I would very much recommend him to anyone from choosing the right car for you to any questions or concerns you might have.

BMW 750li repair
Terrible experience. My car was initially to take 3 days to be completed. I did not receive the vehicle until 2 weeks after my initial drop off. Every check is my vehicle was promised to be ready the following day. Additionally, No loaner was provided. I missed out on several trips and income opportunities due to this 2 week delay. I wrote emails that escalated to management in regards to concessions due to delay. The management dismissed my concern and directed me to contact the corporate office if I had further concerns. The manager seemed to have no interest in addressing my concern. I am extremely disappointed in this location considering I have had my 3 series, 6 series, and now 750i serviced here over. They will no longer receive my business. I would highly recommend the Nalley BMW Of Decatur location. I will drive the extra distance from now on at least I know they will provide considerate and timely customer service. Highly disappointed. However I?m glad I have a better option not too far away.
