So after being very nervous about inquiring online, I was met by one of the very helpful staff members at Germain Honda of Dublin. Shes an internet manager but guided me to sales, finance, and lastly followed up with me to ensure I was still happy. What is normally an all day process in my prior car buying experience was seamless from start to finish at this dealership. I was in& out in just a short cpl of hours. Matt Shindler was who i primarily worked with, listened to what i was looking for in a car& also to my concerns& tailored his search for me accordingly.
