What is normally an all day process in my prior car...

What is normally an all day process in my prior car buying experience was seamless from start to finish at this dealership. I was in& out in just a short cpl of hours. Matt Shindler was who i primarily worked with, listened to what i was looking for in a car& also to my concerns& tailored his search for me accordingly. Everyone i encountered was friendly& extremely helpful. I was even offered lunch by them at some point in the process. That’s a first. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Failed to follow through on promise - critical safety parts

In January this year my I took may daughter to Germain Honda Used Cars to buy a vehicle. I have bought 3 used cars and one new Honda from Germain Honda on Sawmill over the years and I felt confident that my daughter would get good service. She did find a car and financed it through the dealership. She purchased the car without front head rests with a promise that the headrests would be purchased for her immediately. It is now 5 weeks later and she is still driving the car she bought without the front headrests that were promised to her. It is now my understanding that it is illegal to sell a car without from headrests. She is only 22 years old and has been getting the run around from the sales person about the status of her head rests. Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed that Germaiin Honda Used Cars wpuld let her drive off the lot without the headrests and the stonewall her on their promise to get the front headrest to her quickly.
