Came in to buy my first car with limited budget. Kevin was very accommodating when going over my payment options and help me find reasonable vehicles. Not pushy and was willing to take time to help me.

Jheni Felix was outstanding in helping my son and i find the perfect car for his use at college. i am impressed by her knowledge and patience. She taught me how to interpret a Carfax and went through several cars before we found the perfect match for my son. i had specific criteria for a car, including price that Jheni matched perfectly. Bought a used Honda civic here and it runs really good. Very nice sales people. They were quick and friendly during the whole process. I test drove the vehicle and it ran smooth.

My father came into town to help me buy a car, and I knew we only really had one day to find something dependable and something I would love. This dealership had many viable options. I test drove a couple cars. Jim worked with me and my dad to figure out what was in my price range. When I found THE CAR, Jim made the paperwork flow easily and I was out the door by six pm. The entire experience was comfortable and flowed-- I never felt pressured to look at a certain car, and I never felt I could get a better deal. To put it simply, I feel I got the best car in my price range. I told Jim what I was comfortable paying monthly, and even with still owing on my old car, I came out with an even better car than I imagined at the amount I told him I wanted to pay. The finance and general managers (sorry, I do not remember everyone's name) were also friendly and helpful. My overall experience here was wonderful, and I especially thank Jim for helping me find my beautiful car!

Had a great experience at Germain and Tim as my sales rep. I was there for 5 hours and Tim was more than happy to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. I found a great deal on a 17 accord and after we signed the papers he help setup time for me to bring it in for minor follow up work and setup an appointment with Columbus Car Audio to install a remote starter. Highly recommend this dealership and Tim when looking for a car.

Please forgive me. My last visit with Germain was unpleasant for numerous reasons but Corey, despite this last visit, it was busy, I was impatient and gave Corey a one star without expressing myself to him. I'm very sorry Corey. I'm giving you 5 Star because of the great work that you did before my last visit. U have been very professional and I thank you. Again, I let that one experience dictate all the other great experiences I've had. My bad, Corey.

I purchased a car through them and told them I was pre-approved through capital one but they ran my credit through other banks which impacted my credit. Not to happy about that especially when I communicated that I was pre-approved. They also took along time to get everything squared away. Plus they don’t seem to know who works there . The guy that was working with told me someone named John was suppose to help me. I asked a couple people but they didn’t know who he was which was interesting, but other than that it was a good experience. However they could have filled the tank though it was almost empty when I got it.

In 2019 I bought a 2016 Honda Accord Coupe- it was in excellent condition and like new and i was so happy with my new car unfortunately It was totaled Jan 2020. I was injured but not seriously and working with the whole team Alecia Moore and Kayla Wicker made getting all that settled so seamless which i why i knew i wanted to go back. I came back in to work with Nishi (who helped me the 1st time) and this time they just didn't have what i was looking for at the time. Nishi - who actually came in on his day off because i was coming from out of town was patient and took the time to listen to me to figure out why i wasn't finding anything. After all was said and done i walked off the lot with a brand NEW 2020 Accord. The safety features are AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend working with Germain of Dublin!!!! I do not give great reviews very easily !! i worked with one other person is new sales but can't remember his name and can't find him under staff but regardless everyone at Germain is EXCELLENT and i can't forget ZACH!!!!!!!!!
