The first car I have purchased from Germain was a great experience. The right car. The right price the right way with the right salesman

I got a low miles car with reasonable price which is less than the market price.We can't ask more other than this price.

As a single female needing to purchase a vehicle, my usual "I'm going to get ripped off again" anxiety started. I feel like I'm entering a gauntlet when I enter a dealership. I do not like the usual "wheelin & dealin" and game playing that goes on with purchasing a vehicle. Germain Honda of Dublin put those anxieties to rest. I had visited them the last time I needed a vehicle but did not purchase from them as a dealership in the small town I live in convinced me I was getting the better deal with them. Shortly after that purchase, Ryan Cox, the nice young salesman who assisted me at Germain made a follow-up call with me (I had earlier let him know that I made my purchase elsewhere) to nicely and tactfully explain how I did not get such a great deal. He had all of the facts and figures, and was very kind when I realized he was right. I did not get the better deal. I never forgot Ryan either. So, when I recently needed to purchase a vehicle, where did I go - Germain Honda of Dublin. Ryan was no where to be seen. I was disappointed, but would soon find out that he had been promoted to finance management. Another plus in my mind for the dealership. Kevin Larivee of sales assisted me instead. He was laid back, easy to talk to, and immediately put me at ease. NO pressure tactics, No game playing, & No gauntlet. Just respect, concern for what I wanted and needed, and an aim to just please me. I even called my brother-in-law, an attorney, to speak to Kevin about the CRV I was interested in. Kevin never flinched and was not offended. He spoke with my broth-in-law and answered all of his questions. When Kevin returned the phone back to me, my brother-in-law's only statement was, "Buy your vehicle from him." And I did. Kevin stayed with me all the way to the end. I will go right back to Germain and Kevin for my next vehicle purchase. I trust them. And guess who handled the finance part of my purchase? Ryan Cox. It was such a joy to have him help me with that. He found me a better loan rate than my own hometown credit union, and did not give me any pressure tactics with purchase & warranty options. I love my Honda CRV. Thank you, Kevin Larivee, Ryan Cox and Germain Honda of Dublin.

Jon Cobb was an excellent sales person. There is nothing more frustrating, and stressful, than a salesman who is pushy and impatient. Jon was not pushy and he was very relaxed and friendly in his approach. He answered all my questions and worked with me to get me a great deal on a car that I love. He has a pep in his step and found the perfect balance between casual conversation and maintaining his professionalism. I am extremely pleased with my Mazda. Thanks Jon!!

I want to thank Germain Honda and especially Nishi Patel for getting me a beautiful Honda Civic. It's a beautiful early Graduation Gift. I recommend Nishi to anyone that has a situation like mine. I couldn't get to my Medical Clinicals even on the bus. Thank you so much for getting me to my Clinicals and Graduation. The special care on my car with the VIP Program takes my worries away. I can't thank you enough Nishi!!!

As a young first time car buyer, I came in with the impression that the dealers would try to pressure someone into getting a car; that was not the case with Kevin Larivee. Kevin gave me many options i could consider and had me test driving them right away. I ended up going home with an awesome 2013 Honda Accord Sport that i could afford.

I began my car search at a few dealerships in Marysville, but I couldn't find something that satisfied my needs and budget. I then proceeded to Germain Honda of Dublin and Woody came outside to help me out. Although I didn't find something that day, he called me the next day as soon as he received a beautiful 2010 Honda Civic that I could afford. He immediately got me in it for a test drive and thats when I knew it was the car! Woody is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and I would definitely recommend working with him! I also got the pleasure of working with James in Finance. He made sure I understood everything and helped to get me the best deal! I can't thank Woody and James enough for the great experience of purchasing my first car!

We thoroughly researched numerous cars and dealerships within 50 miles of our home in central Ohio. We had looked at one car previously at a dealership closer to our home. We weren't impressed with the salesman's customer service skills. We just felt like a number to him. We had two test drives scheduled at two different dealerships in Dublin on the same day. All it took was meeting our salesman Jon Cobb and one test drive at Germain Honda of Dublin. We didn't even bother going to look at the other dealership. It was well worth the drive to Germain! Completing the sale with Jon was quick and easy. He has a great personality and excellent communication skills. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned Mazda. Closing the deal was a smooth process. If you are looking at purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend Jon and Germain Honda of Dublin!
