After one dealership didn't want our business because they had to move cars for a balloon fest we went to Germain Honda and had the best experience!!! I bought a 2015 Honda Civic from Germain Honda. Kevin Larivee was the salesman. He's been there awhile, knows his business, doesn't push the sale, he's relaxed and makes you feel comfortable. The car had just come in and hand't been detailed yet. There were a couple of problems with the car. A badly scratched gear shift cover. He had a new one put on. Some stains on the seats. He'd said he'd get them cleaned. When he realized that wouldn't quite do it he had the seat cover replaced. Here's the sort of words I would use to describe Kevin: helpful, kind, an honest gentleman.
