Recently I purchased an used car. I am thankful to Saqib. He helped me a lot to find out a suitable car in my budget from their huge inventory. He is very knowledgeable and helpful person. I would recommend to talk to him who would like to purchase a car.

Saqib was friendly and outgoing. I felt as if i was working with a pal of mine. He was able to get me into a car that went above and beyond my expectations. Saqib's dedication to his customers and his job makes him someone I will come back to see the next time I need to purchase a car. With the new family addition, my wife wanted to upgrade from an SUV to a van. Saqib took in all my variables, (budget, vehicle needs, miles, age, etc), and worked with me for over a month to find my perfect vehicle. I found a good deal on a used Honda Odyssey online, inquired about it, and ended up working with Isaiah. He answered all my questions about the vehicle, as well as provided valuable additional information. He was patient, willing to work with us, and made our car buying experience a good one.

Bob Daniels, our sales rep at this dealership, was very helpful and supportive in finding the right vehicle for our mother. We gave him specifics and he quickly led us to the right vehicle and worked with us on getting the price where we needed it to be in order to help our mother with the payments. Bob was very professional and very nice to work with!! Would go back to Bob again in a heartbeat --- but next time I won't go away without the all weather mats thrown in. ;-) I lost a little on my reputation as a "lion" on this deal. We bought our first car from Eric in 2012. It was a great experience, he made us feel welcome and was informative and had a knack for helping us find the car to fit our needs. We test drove multiple cars before deciding that the Odyssey was the best fit for us. When it came time for us to buy another car in 2015 we knew we wouldn't go anywhere but Germain and wouldn't want to deal with anyone but Eric. Once again, he showed us a million different cars, helped us decide and this time even stayed late to do so! So, naturally when it was time for our 17 year old to buy her first car we knew who we needed to talk to! This past August we bought a third Honda from Eric! He is so helpful and honest, we will never go anywhere else. And any time anyone asks us for a good recommendation we say-" you HAVE to go to Eric Taylor over at Germain!"

I am extremely honored to write this review concerning the service, hard work and patience of the sales & leasing; finance dept. team of Nisihi Patel and Ryan Cox. The experience started with a phone call to the dealership. I was connected with salesperson Nisihi Patel. I had a few questions, thinking I didn't want to waste his time. He invited me to take a look at a selection of used cars. I was very hesitant I knew what my credit was like and I told him so. I actually qualified for a very nice 2013 Toyota. I was thrilled. There was a little windshield damage that Nisihi was not hesitant to make right; all I had to do was return the car for repairs in a couple of days. When I returned to the dealership there was a problem with the financing I wasn't expecting. The finance manager Ryan Cox explained everything to me. It wasn't pretty. Ryan asked if I had time to spare; that he would do his very best to make things right. I didn't have to argue, stress my point or act ugly 😊 I just said okay do what you have to, I'll wait. In the end, the experience turned out even better than I could have imagined. I will highly recommend these two people Nisihi Patel and Ryan Cox to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have NEVER experienced such kindness and consideration from any car dealership I have experience with. I am 61 yrs old and have dealt with quite a few dealerships in the Columbus area. This one is the best. I look forward to giving Germain Honda of Dublin (Ryan & Nisihi) my business in the future. P.s. The whole dealership seems to have a very kind and caring staff. Ryan Cox and Nisihi Patel are a breathe of fresh air and they are fine examples of a good quality business and human beings.

I had a friend recommend coming to Germain and seeing Will when he heard I was in the market for another car. I took his advice and was not disappointed! There was a great selection of Accords and Will helped find the perfect one. I'll definitely be coming back next time around.

Went in with a specific car in mind but when we found out that particular car was out for the day so Woody found a few very similar cars to the one I was looking for and my decision was made in a matter of 10 minutes. He made it so easy and was super helpful. All around a great experience! Thanks for the 2013 Honda Civic :)
