Honest, up front, no pressure

My exp. with this dealership was a surprise. diff then the rest. Schmitty, kept his word and trust worthy. Nice Guy. From start to finish it kept getting better. My payments were less then expected and a discount for automatic payment withdrawal. very pleased .

excellent experience

I expected to buy a second hand car, but thanks to Winslow's help, I ended up leasing a car for much less than a used car would have cost me. I had been driving a very old car for years, and the car repair shop's owners had recommended Winslow.

Great Customer Service Skills & A No-Pressure Attitude!

After driving my first car for 9 years - 6 years of which the car was paid-off - I was super nervous to find a slightly-used vehicle, and finance it as well. I had a terrible experience at Roush Honda dealing with a very pushy salesman who was trying to get me into a car I knew I could not afford. When I inquired about a vehicle at Germain Honda, I was almost expecting the same kind of experience. Ryan completely went above-and-beyond my expectations. Firstly, he was willing to meet with me towards the latter end of his shift to accommodate my schedule. He thoroughly took the time to show me the vehicles I was interested in, went over their Carfax reports with me, and then let me take my time test driving one (which took longer than expected since I'm not very familiar with the Dublin area). I eventually chose a car in a different color than the one I test drove, and Ryan took the time to hand me the keys to the other car to test drive it before negotiating an offer - without me even asking him to do so. After spending time waiting on me to cruise around, he negotiated with me fairly, and without being pushy like the dealer I had encountered earlier at Roush Honda. I don't envy Ryan having to deal with my indecisiveness during this process, but he never made me feel uncomfortable, and he answered all of my questions fairly and to the best of his ability. When it was all said and done, Ryan waited for me sign my life away with the finance manager, and helped me transfer my belongings from my old car to my new car. Overall, my experience at Germain Honda was a good one. I got a car that I've long been interested in owning, and Ryan and the rest of the Germain staff made the process as quick and as comfortable as buying a car can be.

Super friendly

I bought a 2010 Honda Accord. I love it and all the staff at Germain Honda! We will be return customers for sure. Very kid friendly atmosphere.

Time Will Tell

My time frame for car shopping was dramatically decreased when my old car died on me. The people at Germain made it very easy for me to come in and test drive a vehicle. The sales consultant didn't try to pressure me and with little to no negotiation skills I was able to get the car that I wanted for a price I was able to afford. My only real complaint was that apparently Honda's fall apart right after the 5 year mark (or so the finance guy told me), so I really need the 7 year warranty. Since I couldn't afford it, it looks like I'll be back looking for cars sooner than I thought.

Thank you for your business and your review. We are sorry to hear that you had a complaint regarding "Honda's fall apart after the 5 year mark". Honda's are known for their reliability and dependability. With that being said the manufacturer's warranty only covers the vehicle for 3yr 36000 bumper to bumper and a 5yr 60000 powertrain warranty. We would be remise in our jobs if we did not offer you added protection for those unforeseen situations. The extended warranty is kind of like an insurance policy, protection you might never need but brings you peace of mind knowing you have it; just in case. Ralph: An angel from Heaven!

Do you know you have an angel working at Germain Honda of Dublin? His name is Ralph Udonkuku!! My daughter got into an accident and her car was a total loss, I was very stress about it as per I need it to get a car for her as soon as possible. My experience with dealers from other places was bad, they were not nice, they did not show real concern for me, it seems that they just want my money. I decided to check your website and I sent a message I was so impress that right away I got an answer back, I asked several questions and I got an answer right away, they gave me an appointment and I decided to check it out. I was not really expecting to get a car that day but we were not expecting there was an angel waiting for us: Mr. Ralph Odunkuku!!!! He was nice, caring and showed real concern for us, there was not pressure about it, he gain our trust right away, he was with an smile, he was straightforward with us, he did not sell us a car, he sold me peace of mind, I did not feel he was taking advantage of us (like other dealers were the day before), he was friendly and professional with me and my daughters. There was not stress about it, he did our experience the best of the best, I work for a bank in the customer experience department so I am very aware of how important is customer service and I was very please and impress with Ralph, I went the next day to work and I told everybody about my experience at Germain Honda, I will recommend a 100% this dealership! The manager also came to say hello to us and he told me: "Do not worry, We will take good care of you" and he was right! Ralph was with us way after the store closed as per my daughter was getting help regarding the features for her car, he took the time to go over a lot of information with her, he was patient and I enjoyed my experience. I can see the team at Germain Honda of Dublin cares for their customers, they are AWESOME!! and Mr. Udonkuku is truly an angel for me and my daughters.

Excellent customer service! Great guy!

Ryan was great. He answered my e-mails quickly, was not "pushy", listened to my concerns and continued to be helpful even when I was unsure of what I wanted or if I would purchase a car through him. After I had purchased my car and had it for a few weeks, I noticed a problem with the air conditioning. I e-mailed Ryan with my concerns. He responded within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Excellent customer service!!!!! I would recommend him highly to my friends.

Manager Special Scam

I have always been a shopper who does extensive research before making a purchase. We went to the zoo in Late we had been contemplating making a CUV purchase and on a whim made a last minute decision to look at CUV's to test drive and gather some info. in the past 3 weeks we have been to at least 20 Dealerships in the Columbus Area. We only have one negative experience to report which is for this dealer. I told the Salesman that we had no intentions of buying that day. I asked him what the price was on a new CRV. He said he would tell me if I agreed to take a test ride on a different CRV. After which we went into the office and he explained that the Mgr special had 6, 997 miles and according to Ohio State law would be considered a used car if it was driven more than 7000 miles. After an extended period of time he came back out and and gave us a price about $2000 below MSRP I stated this was basically a used car after some discussion I decided to ask what my vehicle would be worth as a trade in he low balled the car by about $3000 over the trade in value. When I told him that his figures were wrong and I had researched the trade in price he went to a website(KBB?) and pulled up the car and then said look right here same price as we quoted you at which point I stated "you're rating the car is Fair the condition is outstanding." He than came back with a figure that was $600 lower at which point we said Adios. We were there for about 4 hours and all I really wanted was the price of the vehicle!

Great Experience!!!

Bill Crockett was outstanding to work with. He was very easy going and actually fun to work with. He's very knowledgeable and did all he could to get us what we wanted. The finance person was great too.
