The dealer did an excellent job taking care of my tire. It was a bit of an urgent issue, and I really appreciated the person (Laura?) who greeted me as I entered the dealership and was able to fit me into the schedule. Service advisor (Jakeel?) also did a great job.

I’ve been dealing with this dealership since 2010. They make it hard to leave. There are other makes but the experiences I have with the service department is paramount. I’ll be getting another Lexus in the near future!!!!

Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! I will not buy a water bottle from this awful place. Just because I’m a woman the new car director tried to play me with price! But yet a Korean man came in that dealership with what he wanted to pay and he got thy car for his price. If you are a woman take a man with you! Horrible dealership!

I have already reviewed this dealership/service center before, but I am updating my review. The previous review was 5 stars as well, but I wanted to give a more in-depth review this time! This is my second time using Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for my service. My first service was a traditional service, where Jorge was awesome. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and many more luxury brands. All of which can not compare with the level of service I have received with this service center. My most recent service was due for my 2019 Lexus ES300h, but a few days before my service I ran over a curb. This bent my driver side rims, punctured the tires, and messed up a few of my suspension components. I had the ES towed to Lexus and Jorge took over everything. He worked with my wheel and tire warranty company and worked with my insurance to get the repairs done. He did everything on his own. All I had to do was file the claim. From there, he did the negotiations, claims, and repairs. I was genuinely surprised with how quickly everything got done. The ES got its' 30,000 mile service and all repairs in two weeks! If this had been another dealership/brand, it would have taken months! Not only this, but Jorge kept communication via call/text throughout the entire process. When I asked to come in to look at the damage, he scheduled me to meet with the tech (who was super honest and informative). I worked in the automotive industry, so I know quite a bit about cars and have seen the good, bad, and ugly. With that said, this is the best dealer to work with. I can tell they genuinely love their jobs and have comradery with one another. In a market where there is so much competition, this is very important to me as the customer. It is also the little things that set them apart like the fact I got to keep my loaner instead of getting into a rental, which costs them money and makes life a little harder on them with other service clients and Jorge discounted my service to a more than reasonable price. Most people think they are being taken to the cleaners with dealers, which most of the time they are. But at this dealer, they are on the customers side! I would highly recommend you go to Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for all of your service needs, as well as to buy a car. I also can not recommend Jorge more for his timeliness, professionalism, and understanding! If I could give 500 stars, I would!

Incompetence, lack of any customer service
Aug 2021, I bought a 2021 RX 350 from Hennessy Lexus Atl. I purchased a package which had the weather tech heavier floor mats. In Aug of 2022 the mats in the back were leaking an oily chemical when I parked car in the sun. Very strange. I went to exchange the mats and realized later they weren't the mats I had paid for. They were cheaper, thinner mats. Phone calls, text I made were never returned. I tried to reach out to four people and they never returned my calls. When I finally got to talk to someone, after weeks, I was told I got the mats that came with the car. Even though I had proof I had paid extra for the heavier mats. Now it's November and I called Lexus Corp. It took them weeks to make Hennessy Lexus agree that they owed me some mats. I went today and almost didn't get them because the service dept had not signed for me to get the mats from the parts dept . Even though I called last week and told the service dept I was coming. They finally let me have them. I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. And this was over a year to just get floor mats!!! Incompetent. I will never go back there. If they can't help with mats I wouldn't dare let them try to work on my car. I can't imagine having a serious car problem with them. And if I had not taken a male friend with me today would I have not gotten the mats? You might think it's just mats, no big deal, but just think it took a year to get them.

Monica was outstanding from start to finish.
Monica was outstanding from start to finish. Got us the information we requested in a timely manner. No games. Had paperwork queued up with her finance manager when we arrived and got us in and out without unnecessary delay. Delivered the car to us when she said. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
