AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I am writing this review in hopes that no one else will ever have to endure the nightmare I experienced with this dealership. After more than a decade of taking my Lexus RX300 and ES330 for maintenance, I trusted them enough to take my car for a diagnostic test when the RX300 check engine light turned on. The car was driving absolutely OK to the dealer. The test result claimed that 1. P1150 A/F sensor, 2. Mass air flow sensor, 3. IDLE control valve, 4. Valve cover gasket were needed to be replaced. I originally decided to take my car somewhere else for repair. When we picked up this car around 4 pm, no one told us that the car was actually completely dead. We got the key and my daughter tried to drive it home on the highway, but the car constantly stopped, was idling and smoking and deemed undriveable. The sales rep had actually advised us to drive the car home and said “you have to keep your foot on the gas and brake at the same time so the car doesn’t shut off on the highway”. When we were shocked and wondered how this diagnostic test could abuse and completely kill the car and the poor communication that on one to inform us the car’s condition that may cause a tragic car accident on the highway, they all blamed on the age of the car…But it was clear that it was their negligent service that caused the problem. After being forced to get the repairs done at this dealership, I agreed to repair everything on their list and was charged a whopping $2,400. To make matters worse, just a week later, the check engine light came back on and they claimed that Air/Fuel Ratio sensor was broken, asking for another payment of $660. This sensor was supposedly fixed the first time. No one explained to us why we have to replace a sensor that they had already supposedly fixed. Meanwhile, they blamed the car was too old and could not promise the engine light would be off after replacing this sensor, not even 10 days. In addition to the faulty repairs and exorbitant charges, the sales reps at this dealership were incredibly arrogant and sneaky. The service adviser didn’t return phone call or text message; answer questions was wishy washy…They blamed all the issues with my car on its age, despite the fact that I had taken it to the dealership for maintenance for a decade. It was driving perfectly before I brought it in, but after thousands of dollars in repairs, it didn’t resolve any problems. They have been good at oil change and tire rotations but failed to trouble shooting the actual problems. The treatment I received from the staff was also disrespectful. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by fixing my car and showed no empathy for the inconvenience and frustration I was going through. When I asked to speak to a manager, they claimed there was no general manager overseeing the dealership, which only added to the shady feeling I had about the whole experience. The dealership not only lacks integrity and honesty, but they also have poor techniques and lack communication. The employees are full of arrogance, and their poor workmanship is reflected in the state of my car after the repairs. After spent $2400 at this place, the car is completely dead. If you value your time and money, I highly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their services are subpar, the service advisers are untrustworthy, and the overall experience is one that should be avoided at all costs. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
