Purchased a certified used luxury car from Hennessey
Purchased a certified used luxury car from Hennessey Lexus. After driving it sparingly for two months, three service lights came on; coolant, transmission and engine warning light. I called the service manager to see if I can get some help in getting the vehicle looked at and repaired. He stated, because you didn't take one warranty insurance we can not help you. He stated get this, "Cars are mechanical and mechanical parts break", HUH? I tried to explain that I was going to take out warranty insurance this summer, but I start driving the vehicle regularly. Also, I asked for a little empathy as a vehicle that's been certified by them should not need a $17,000 repair after only driving for two months. It took them over a month, tossing me around to different people with 1,000 of excuses, no answering phones or emails to final get someone to say "We can't help you". Sorry, bye. Poor customer service. The worst I've seen. Would never purchase from them again. I recommend no one.

I contacted Mr. Ronnie Nesbit, who passed me off to Mr. Forest Jones, who passed me off to Mr. Zak Warner, which was over a month of hoping I would go away. I was just asking for assistance in reducing the cost of repairs since I only drove the car two months. Some customer service and empathy. They all stated they could not help me with a vehicle that was certified by them. I even contacted Mr. Venti, because the car was serviced by Hennessey Porsche for most of its life. Never heard back from Mr. Venti.

We purchased a land rover on sep 30 and still haven't received the car yet. Call them everyday to get a progress report on car and everytime get another excuse started out being a heat and air problem that no will explain what that is it could be a censor or bad heads but no explanation and a sunroof was cracked we fill like we're being taken advantage of we are about to have to make a payment on a car we haven't even driven I'm a mechanic and have ran my own shops for 30 plus years and I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I done someone that way.i would really like to get out of this deal and am pursuing a lawer for help in this case

Purchased a vehicle a little over two weeks ago, and they have still not paid off my trade in vehicle. I have automatic payments set up with my bank and ended up making a payment on a vehicle I don't even own anymore. I'm sure the bank will refund my money once Hennessy makes the payoff, but this is unusually long for a dealer. My salesman won't return a text or email now that he got the sale. I've tried reaching out to him twice now to find out what the hold up is.

Lackluster, and truly an unimpressed visit today at Hennessy Lexus. I came into the door as I have been doing for years since I bought the car here at Hennessy Lexus. Previously, we have been treated fairly and politely but not anymore. A few things I like to illustrate for possible improvement or collateral to use in training. I made an appointment at 8:45am on a Saturday, The service receptionist had said she will call me shortly when my service Advisor Brett is ready for me. Moments later the receptionist calls me and had tells me that he is now ready for me. As I get directed to his desk, He isn't there, this is a Big No-No in the dealership industry. The advisor should have been at his desk and greet the customer upon entry. As I pondered upon the status of his return, he comes without an apology or a warm formality of "Hello, How are you". Felt that he was in the middle of something previously and somehow I have interrupted him. With a irked demeanor he proceeded on reading his notes. He then tried to push me out the door saying, oh, you're here for and oil change and some tire rotation. I inform him that I don't require a tire rotation. He then tells me that I need one and I say "no, I don't I just got my new tires installed. He then asks me where I got my tires replaced... weird for okay... and when I answer he then retracts and goes "okay you don't need one". As he tries to push me out the door to re-engage in whatever he was doing previously, I tell him that My wife has been complaining about an issue with the push engine start option that hesitate to start. Unsympathetic to our dilemma he then tells me okay and gets up from his chair to the door and proceeds to leave. I then tell him, I cant stay I have work and I need a loaner. He then proceeds that they cant give out a loner for a job so small. I have been coming to this dealership since I bought the car and this was news to me. If this was the case, It would have been nice to have been notified as I was scheduling the appointment. A quick browse around my profile will show you that I have never been denied of a service car. I digress, I was told by Brett that this came in affect with the new service manager and started enforcing this new 5/31/21 Apparently no one was following the protocol but suddenly decided to follow it starting my visit. As I make arrangements to either to be picked up or to leave without the car getting serviced, Brett interrupts me mid-call and says that He doesn't want to get in trouble by doing something outside the policy. I tell him "im making arrangements and not trying to make you do something you cant do to get you into trouble". Now I am eager to get out of there as soon as I can so I can get my car serviced elsewhere. It was either that or have to wait an hour and a half in the lobby for what they claim to be a "Small job. Ill just get my small Job done somewhere else who can appreciate my money and time. Farewell Hennessy Lexus, Its been nice knowing ya.

We went to purchase a new Lexus Rx 350 on Saturday, June 19, 2021 for our mother. Our salesman (Mr. Klaus) was exceptionally incredible. He gave us great details about the vehicle. We were very excited and decided to purchase it for her. Our issues and the terrible customer service began in the finance office. I asked the finance man about the interest rate. My mother credit score is 844 which is 6 points from a perfect score and he offered her a 6.9 interest rate. At that point I explained to him that we were not interest in that financing with them, we will get our own financing. The credit union gave us a 2.2 interest rate and he asked if he gave us a 2.19 would we finance with them. I told him no because a 2.19 is a 2.2 and he should have offered that in the beginning. We were trying to understand and determine whether or not to get the extended warranty and he told us he didn't have time to go back and forth with us. He then asked me where did I work and said he doesn't know how to do that job as to say, I don't know his job. He also told us we couldn't leave with the car until we came back with the check. When spending $50,000 plus at a luxury car dealer, you don't expect to be treated in that manner. I am still in disbelief. I salesman was great and I would love to give him this sale but I am still upset. I joyous occasion for us turned into a terrible day.
