Bob Dean! We corresponded by text. I am 59 miles away from the dealership and kept in touch with Bob Dean so he knew when I would arrive. When I arrived he already had the truck ready for a test drive, drove great. I met Christian and the finance officer, very nice and helpful. Since I am a female and this is a predominately male industry I am very leary of being taken advantage of. I have yet to purchase the truck however I am now in contact with Bob Dean because I am highly interested. We will see how it goes 😃

I walked in looking for a used car .not excepting to get one as I was turned down a couple of places before. MR BILL was standing there just waiting for us to pull in.I told him how much I had down and how much I could afford in payments. He got a sneaky smile on his face and told me he had my car waiting. How the staff get me approved I don't know. They all went above and beyond to get me in the car.they are a fantastic bunch of people.Will be back when I need another car and will be telling all my friends where I got my great little car. My husband Claude and I were very happy with the service. There was some concern over a noise we heard but the finance manager went on a ride with my husband to make sure everything was okay. Worse experience ever had car 1 month before a real dealership told me the truth they would not give me a car fax report and said repeatedly the car was never wrecked now im stuck
