GREAT EXPERIENCE

i HAVE NOTHING TO SAY BUT POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE STAFF AND MANGAGMENT HER AT CAR STOP. THEY HAVE WORKED WITH ME IN SEVERAL WAYS INCLUDING ALOWWING ME TO FOLLOW MY GUT AND RETURN A TRADE IN FOR MY OLD TRUCK BACK. THEY TOOK IN CONCIDERATION OF ME AND MY FAMILY. i WILL NEVER FORGET THIS ACT. wITH THIS i WILL ONLY NOW BRING MY FAMILY AND MY PURCHASES HERE.

DO NOT purchase a car from here

My saleman was good because he got me the payments I wanted. I have a big problem with the car they sold me. I take my car back to them the next day after I found out my speakers were missing from the back, rear windshield wiper was broke to found out I have an electrical problem, my wires were cut on my side mirrors, my cruise control don't work, I need a front-end alignment and new tires and I only had the vehicle 3 months. Also I need a battery or alternator. I called my sales man and he said there's nothing he can do about it. My friend purchase a car from there as well and his car stopped after 3 months of having it.

Not professional. If you value your time be beware

I went to car stop because of my credit situation. They advertise in house financing so with my challenged credit that's right up my alley. I speak to one salesman and he promises the world. Tells me to trade my car in to clear my finance a bit and the down payment and your golden. So clean the heck out of my car and am really excited to say the least. Then 2 days later no reply. I call them and he changes his tune completely. Very upset I decide to call and speak to the finance manager. He tells me sorry about your last saleman . I got this guy he's great. Won't steer you the wrong way. So I accomplish their requests to make the loan work. And no reply. Lucio (the salesmen recommended) ignores my calls. If I'm not approved tell me. When someone is getting a new car it's an experience. Usually exciting but not here. Common courtesy is a sign of a professional. Which this establishment lacks. So how far does this unprofessional behavior go? Well if your willing to find that out. I guess you'll be their next bad review.

2008 Volvo C70 - Good experience

Lucio is an excellent representative for the dealership. His is energetic, accommodating, and efficient. He picked me up at the airport as arranged and delivered me safely to the dealership. The buying process was simple and straight forward. No surprises so far. The Car Stop was accommodating to an unannounced car inspection by a third party. I do wish they had been a little more open to negotiations once the inspection was complete, but overall it has been a good experience and I feel I have received a fair deal. If that changes in the near future, I will amend this review. Hey bonus, they even provided me lunch before I started my 5.75 hour return trip. Thank you Lucio, David
