Fantastic experience buying "our new" Ford Edge at Car Stop. It was a pleasure doing business with our Salesman, Matthew. Extremely professional and so easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a new car!

DO NOT GO HERE
Do not buy from this place I purchased a car 26 days ago and the Cadillac converter went out I went to them telling them that something was wrong and they said that there was nothing they can do because all of their cars are sold as is the main person Christian Camacho will smile on your face but it's really rude after coming to them I'm a single mother with 3 children my car stopped and he said that if I wanted to know any testing that was done or any Carfax I can go get it myself and Carfax cuz he does not have to prove to me anything very rude unprofessional I honestly wish I had not wasting my time with this place so run far away if you would like a reliable car

I have tried to respond to this customer and when she came here she wants to get out of this car which was already finance through bank and when she drove the car from here everything was good no problem at all and after driving it for almost 4 weeks she came back and she said she does not want it.we always taker of our customer if there is any issue but this case there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when she purchased from car stop we are a family owned dealership and we always taker of our customers and i just want all our readers know we always stand behind our products and try to make sure our customers drive out of here with the vehicle in great condition and we will be like this.

Not the greatest experience I've ever had.
Located a Jeep on line that was what my daughter was looking for. Spoke with Matt over the phone to inquire about the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle was in pristine condition for the age and mileage. Being several hundred miles away from the dealership, I flew to Dallas and they graciously picked me up from the airport. Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed that the fiberglass top was cracked in two locations on the back end. They advised me that a new top would be $1400. I was willing to take the vehicle as it was if they would have included an extended warranty to cover the vehicle (which would have been cheaper on the dealership than a new top). They wanted me to pay for half of the extended warranty, which I refused to do. I wasn't going to pay more money for a damaged vehicle. Needless to say, the deal fell through and I had to get a flight back home. And no, they didn't take me back to the airport. After I Ubered to the airport, I received a call from Matt advising me that they found someone who would repair the fiberglass and the vehicle would be ready in a couple days. It was too late at that point. And as it worked out, I found a better deal elsewhere, so everybody wins in the end. They got their vehicle fixed and I got a NEW Jeep.

My CarStop
Came in to look for a big body style vehicle and left with a bigger smile in a Nissan Armada. This was our first and only car stop, friendly reps and very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this stop for any one looking for a vehicle.
