Oil change service

The best Dealership and Mr.Neal helped me and made it quick for me when I did oil change service for my Jeep Grand Cherokee on 8/10/18 Thank you Mr.Neal and thanks for staff good job.

Oil Change

Went for an oil change late in the afternoon. Told it would be an hour and a half. No problem, as long as we were told. They were done when promised. Tech, Dan Huelsenkamp, was very helpful, went over the check list and explained it all. Very happy with this dealership so far. We'll go back.

Reliable. Dependable. Informative and Knowledgeable.

Pleasant experience. Helpful employees...from front to back. Judy Leader, for one such employee, was very informative, friendly and answered all of my questions. Every team member I encountered was well worth the 5 stars I rated them. Great place, not only from the sales (Mike Papa) and financial (Jason Victor) aspect in the beginning...but the service after. (Which is Huge!)

Recall Repair

I had received several recall notices and made an appointment to get them all done at once. I was given a loaner vehicle at no cost and able to go about my business with little impact. Intake process was very smooth and the picking up process was pleasant.

Quick & efficient

I had some recall issues that were addressed by giving me an appointment once the parts came in. The appointment proved to be completed as promised and I was on my way!

Very smooth and fast transaction. Very friendly dealership. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision to lease. This is the third car purchased at this dealership.

I had my car in by appointment for an oil change and recall fix on my cruise control. Staff was friendly, service quick. Short wait in waiting room with tv.
