Just oil change
I was just in for oil change. All of the people I dealt with were professional and polite. Job was done in the time period given by Dan Huelsenkamp, assistant service manager. Facility was clean and had a comfortable waiting area.

GREAT QUICK OIL SERVICE
I normally get Judy which she has been just fantastic (she is the only reason I come back after a bad experience with one of the other service write up guys), she offered to get to the bottom of a problem I had, but I refused to have her fix the problem someone else caused and just left. I later called and told her I would be back because of her offer (I talked to the service manager about it). Neal is great also. Both of them have been super helpful on other questions other then oil changes I have. Neal even went back with the mechanic and looked at a leak I had after getting a radiator flush and refill, and he assured me he and the mechanic could not see the leak. I found out later I had a crack in a plastic valve that only leaked once in a while (week in between) and I replaced it. I felt very relieved after his assurance and honesty showed through. I do recommend other people to use your services because of my experience with Judy and Neal.

H20 pump blown but vehicle back in less than 24h!
dropped the jeep off Saturday night thinking for an oil change and a problem with the water pump. The water pump was gone but SUPRISE, the part was in stock and the folks were able to take care of the problem and have my jeep back to me by the afternoon. Thanks!

Great sales and service
I had a check engine light come on. I also needed some maintenance done. I used the convenient appointment scheduler online to set up an appointment for service. Once at the dealer, my service advisor Jim let me know that I also had an open recall so he added that to the service visit. Jim and the dealership went above and beyond, allowing me to use a loaner vehicle during my vehicle's time in for service. Once they diagnosed the problem, they called and informed me of when they'd have the repairs completed. I got a follow up call when done and I returned to pick up my vehicle to see that they had also washed it. I've been going to Jim Riehl's in Warren for years and will continue to do so because they treat you well from the sales, to financing and service!

Pit Stop Inspection
The Staff are always friendly and very helpful . In and out within an hour. The atmosphere is welcoming. I called to schedule my pit stop inspection, had to leave a message and someone called right back. Would recommend this dealership to others.

If it were not for "Tim Franklin" I'd get nothing
I have had numerous problems with my 2012 Chrysler Mini Van. Through the years we have had to fix, replace and repair the Air. We sustained some very aggravating problems as we traveled to South Carolina during the hottest summer...and no air. Also to Florida where it went out again. When we returned, I took it to friendly. FORTUNATELY, Tim Franklyn took care of it. He is a listener. I describe the noises and malfunctions and he gets them found and fixed. The evaporator and thus the freon and blower are all continual problems. Its not his fault as the parts go bad?? I have tried to compliment him or talk with his managers to say what a great representative he is for the Company. He humbly says " It's my job to do it, and you being happy is all the thanks I need". That may be enough to him, but it needs to be said that he goes "above and beyond"...to get that outcome. Tim is diligent, professional and mostly caring. I was fed up, and was thinking the next Van should be a Honda, but I'd loose Franklyn if i ever had to have it fixed. Ill look at the Pacifica just for that.
