Service visit for Jim Riehl Chrysler in Warren

Scheduled normal oil change and tire rotation as well as an air filter. Neal (Dealer Rep) came out and told me I didn't need an air filter and they could discount this and my next oil change if I bought their package. Bought the package and I have one coming for my 300. Wasn't there for 40 minutes and a recall (programming for cruise control) was also handled. Courteous and relaxing atmosphere for your visit. Thanks Neal

New 2018 Jeep Compass

Great overall experience. Brandan has now sold me 3 cars in the past 2 years and it has always been to great experience. Also there has never been a pressure to up-sell me on any dealer add-ons. I am offered options that I take or pass on with no guilt trips. Excellent customer service!

when I bought my oil change it was buy one get three free no one told me there was an expiration date so now I lost my third oil change and I don't think that is fair.i have been coming to your service for a long time and I was always happy with your service but I don't think ill be back anymore because of this incident

Service appointment

Really like the shuttle service!! Communication of what was needed was professionally noted. I was also advised of a small crack in my windshield that Alex took care of, contacting my insurance company for me....very little hassle on my part. The car was completed within the time frame I was given, able to be shuttled home to get things done and received a call when complete. Shuttle returned to my home & returned me to the dealership.
