OIL CHANGE SERVICE
BACK IN MAY I CALLED FOR AN OIL CHANGE APPT. THIS WAS ON A MONDAY MORNING.I WAS TOLD NO AAPT.WERE OPEN UNTIL THURSDAY.I HAD TO LEAVE TOWN WEDNESDAY AND I COULD NOT GET AN APPT..I HAVE LEASED VEHICLES FROM YOUR DEALER AND HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN MY OILCHANGES THERE ON TWO DIFFERENT JEEPS.I ALWAYS PURCHASE THE 4 OIL CHANGE SPECIAL AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ON BEING UNABLE TO GET MY JEEP IN FOR 4 DAYS.

Friendly Service in Warren
Tim Franklin and the Service Team as a whole always take good care of me. They work around my schedule (midnights) to address all my Service needs. Tim makes drop off quick and easy. He keeps me updated on the progress of my repairs. When I pick up my Durango he explains what was found and what was done to fix it.

I started taking my car to Jim Riehl for oil changes cause it was up the street from my job site. Now my job sites has moved to Troy MI & I still drive all the way back to Warren MI to get service from this dealer. I greatly appreciate their service & customer service cause it is hard to find good service now days.
