Best Experience Ever

Super busy morning at the shop but my appointment time was honored. I was kept informed, i.e. shown the cabin filter, rotate tire question?, etc. and also informed of an upcoming recall that i have not been notified of yet. Judy (think that is her name) is awesome.

Best car purchase experience EVER!

I love my salesperson Jeffrey White! He was patient with me, was not pushy, wasn't trying to talk me into buying something I didn't want, he was a great sales guy! He even remembered what I was looking for in my next vehicle, so when I finally found it, I contacted him and he snatched the keys for me; thank you Jeff! I test drove it, loved it even more that it had a navigation system (that's a plus). Decided to purchase the car, the process went smoothly, until I contacted the insurance folks...had to delay my purchase until the next day. But I thank Jeff and Marko for waiting for me, they closed at 8pm, but stayed with me until after 9pm. Long story short (lol), I love my new Jeep Compass (2016) with all the bells and whistles I wanted and more! Thank you JRFCJ in Warren, MI!

Always professional service

I made an appointment. Told the work would take an hour to two hours to complete. They were waiting for me at the appointed time. Car was ready an hour later. Car was in the same condition as when dropped off. Tim is service manager that I always use.

Replace Radio

GPS maps were locked and not updating. Dealer found I had a defective Uconnect radio unit. Replacement under warranty came in in less than a week. Within an hour of my service appointment, I was good to go.

oil change and multi pointe inspection

I came in yesterday and requested an Oil change and a printout of what needed to be repaired(which your store had previously indicated on a prior oil change-oil pan leak). I got something back stating I needed a new tire but without the statement I requested. I asked for this information so I can turn it in to my bankruptcy attorney in order to get money for the repair. I come to your store always for my oil changes and multipoint inspections and I don't understand why I did not get what I requested. I was told it was because I previously declined the service BUT I indicated that I needed the printout so I can get my vehicle repaired. Is there anyway I can get the information I asked for? It was something about an oil pan leak. I am not complaining about your customer service overall just I don't think the guy understood what it was I needed. I wish the lady had taken care of me like she always does. Can I have the lady back as my service person?

Nick did a great job and the over all experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and the whole experience very easy. I highly recommend Nick Thomas.

First time buyer

The name says it all. From the first phone call, following a visit and closing a great deal on a lease was very smooth process. Sales person Justin Rivard was there for us from start to finish, very friendly and we are very happy to say thanks for your patience with us and keep up the good work!!

I would highly recommend this dealership for their service needs! Russ Cusumano was exceptional and had my recall on my 2019 Ram truck completed in less time than expected!
