Oil change

Upon arrival was notified that the wait might be two hours!! It was only one hour wait! We have the oil change special - very convenient!!

Great Experience

When bringing in a vehicle for a repair, it is never something one looks forward to. The friendliness of the personnel in the service department and the efforts to make things right was exceptional. I also received a loaner car, and was treated with the same A-one service. Cannot over emphasize how everyone I came in contact with through the whole process was polite, caring, and made sure I was informed and comfortable - as if I was family....THANK YOU.

Terry was great!

As usual, Terry Crandall was terrific throughout this transaction. He was thorough and considerate of our needs and desires. We have worked with Terry for years and plan to continue that relationship in the future.

At my convenience

They send out coupons via email for maintenance. This was an oil change and tire rotation, as well as inspection. No appt necessary. My service woman was awesome, she had a smile on her face the moment I said hi. She was very helpful explaining to me the dufference btw the engine sizes determining type of oil. No one ever did that before. It was done b4 she told me it would be. Also, they had a clean area to sit, with soft seats not those molded plastic ones. Saved about half with my coupon, cant beat that!

Quick fix of a tire

The Check in process was quick. The person who checked me in was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained what my options were and how long it would take for each option.
