2020 F150 Supercrew

Dorian Ford went way above and beyond during this Kovid Pandemic. The truck was ordered by telephone conversation. Dorian installed the electric braking system before delivering the truck with out any deposit. Dorian Ford delivered the truck 3 days later to my home. I signed the lease agreement on the tailgate. Salesman removed tonneau cover from my truck and put it on the new truck. Salesman took back the lease vehicle with him.

The service center here is a complete joke. Took over a...

The service center here is a complete joke. Took over a week to NOT even look at my car. Then said nothing was wrong with it when there is a terrible, loud, grinding noise every time I turn the wheel. The manager, Chris, mocked my wife on the phone when she implied that they were incorrect in their assessment. Chris, "the manager", then said he would not be fixing our car and said we could pick it up. My wife is not an impolite person, this was not a screaming match. It was my wife being upset about the wait and the "assessment" and him saying "nevermind we are not fixing it." I only buy fords. Have my whole life. Only take them to dealerships for quality work. This is the worst Ford service center, with the worst management, in the state. Hands down. Will never go back and will make sure no one I know ever goes as well.

Great Experience with Dorian!

I had a great experience with Dorian Ford. Keven Meredith was a pleasure to work with. I had originally found a truck through cars.com that was on their used lot, so I called to inquire about coming up there to see it. Kevin was nice and honest enough to point out some of the flaws of the truck that I may have otherwise missed, knowing that I'd be traveling 2.5 hours from Ohio. He then found me another truck in better condition, with less miles, and $1K less, which I ended up purchasing. Couldn't be happier with the truck and the overall experience! Thanks Guys!
