Bad Ford Focus

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from Dorian Ford in Aug 2015. The vehicle was sold as having an automatic transmission when in fact it has a dual clutch computer controlled set of 2 3-speed manual transmissions. The vehicle has 16,000 miles as of 1-Oct-2017 and is now having transmissions issues reported by other Focus owners. The car is currently in the shop for the transmission. I spoke with the sales person who sold me the car and he took it next door to their used lot and came back and offended me with a $9,000 trade in offer. Unfortunately, I still owe $12,500 on the loan and would need to pay $3,500 just to get out this bad deal. Dorian has provided no help in dealing with this situation and is not very concerned about customer satisfaction. Don't do business with Dorian. You may be sorry if you do.
