Great experience

Gary was a great salesman. I bought a Ford Focus a few years back there and when it was time to lease a new Ford Escape, I went back. They had a huge selection so i was able to get what I wanted and the monthly payment I wanted. Gary even took the time to help me set up my phone to the car. I love the hands free features!! He also took time to help me figure out all the bells and whistles.

They do not stand behind their used cars.

They sold us a used truck without a security lug nut remover. When we had a flat tire we could not get the tire off to get it fixed and they would not help. We went to another Ford dealership to have the lug nut removed and tire fixed.

Buying my new Escape was great!

Couldn't be happier with Dorian Ford and our Salesman, Mathew Geise. He makes buying a new car seem effortless, taking care of all the details. Seriously, if you are looking for a person who really takes your interest to heart and will follow through, Matt is your guy!

5 Star Experience

Matt at Dorian is the best! He really cares about the customer, and does a great job at giving you what you really want - not what you kinda want - and he will tell you straight out if there is a better way to produce the result you want. Been going to Dorian now for around 20 years, and would not think of using any other Ford dealer.

Brycen and Gary at Dorian Ford

Brycen and Gary were extremely helpful with my vehicle return process. I had tried to contact the original dealer where I picked up the vehicle, but couldn't get a return phone call. When I called Gary at Dorian, he immediately helped and put me in contact with Brycen. Returning and getting new vehicles can be stressful, but Brycen made it very easy. Thank you again!

Very Happy with lease process and vehicle

Third lease with Roy Matthews at Dorian Ford. Went in on a Tuesday, told Roy what I wanted on what vehicle, drove home in new Explorer on Thursday. Very good, hassle free experience once again.

New Explorer

Bought our first new in 10 years. This is the most comfortable I have felt buying a vehicle. Roy was accomadating and transparent to my wife and I through the entire process and there was never any pressure. The entire staff made us feel like part of the family.
