Warranty repair

Erwin Escobar called every day and kept us informed. We knew repair status and shipping details for the return by tow truck. This repair came at an extremely difficult and busy time. This was the 5th Lexus and the 7th car we bought from Kendall. If we were not extremely satisfied with them we would not have gone to them so many times to purchase cars.

The service on my 2018 Toyota Rav-4 was easy to schedule and I was pleased with the result. I did not have to wait very long and was pleased with the total car evaluation.

Worst customer service on parts I?ve had in Oregon

I tried to purchase a minor item from this dealer, an upgrade on a Lexus 2020 Sd card. Ordering the card and getting a delivery date/setting an appointment for installation took 10 phone calls! Their service department provided me with differing information and delivery dates, refused three times to provide me with a receipt, even though they charged my card on the second call a week earlier, and offered widely disparate information on the installation process for an upgraded Sd card. They also repeatedly tried to sell me a different Lexus, even though I made it clear on multiple calls I was not interested in purchasing a different car from them. I finally received an email from the manager with a receipt and he didn?t respond to my questions in a timely manner. Run from this dealership as fast as you can and get your car serviced in Portland if possible. This was so disappointing of an experience for me, since when I owned a Subaru I had a 5 star experience with Kendall and left them stellar reviews far and wide. I wish the Subaru management would take over their Lexus division and I would come back as a customer.

Excellent dealer

We purchased my wife's NX300h from Kendall and the purchase process went very smoothly. No surprises. We were satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. We have since been back twice for the scheduled maintenance and again both times things went smoothly. This last time there were in the new facilities and it is quite impressive. We would certainly consider Kendall when we are ready for another Lexus. By the way, my wife loves her car.
