Fast and easy

Since it?s a 2021 there was not much dealing on price and COVID made it harder to find a car near by. We live in Washington and bought the car over the phone. The finance was done online and when we got there the car was ready and waiting with a giant red bow. Our salesman and finance guys were AWESOME , made us feel at home.

Poor service at Kendall Lexus

From trying to purchase my car from Kendall Lexus and had to go out of town to purchase a car to two issues with warranty and customer service. I truly love Lexus but will not give this dealership another dime. I will continue to go out of town.

Horrible people!

Terrible people work here! Worked a deal to buy a car the moment before I closed they sold it to another customer. They strung me along all day. I had the cash to pay for the car, all they had say is we want the money deposit etc.

Kendal Lexus

I bought my vehicle here a year ago and was pleased with how it went. Usually car buying is a dreaded affair. This time everything went smoothly and no pressure negotiating. They have taken car of my vehicle this past year and their staff have been great. All good here.
