We were on vacation when the check engine light came on.

We were on vacation when the check engine light came on. We went into Kendall Lexus late on a Friday of a holiday weekend. The car needed work and we were provided with a loaner so we could continue our vacation, since all reservations were already paid for. They were outstanding.

Took too long to get pictures and info on a new arrival

Took too long to get pictures and info on a new arrival vehicle. It was 4 days after initial contact that I received pictures still without a price. I would have made the trip to possibly purchase, but went with another dealership that was quick to respond.

I paid $1,500 for repairs on my LS and although it was a great running car when I brought it in, they damaged the starter leaving the car inoperable. They then had it towed to my house and won’t return my calls or explain what’s going on. I can’t imagine dealing with such incompetence and lack of communication at a Kia dealership, and Lexus claims to warranty any OEM parts they install. Unfortunately Kendall Lexus doesn’t seem concerned with the reputation of Lexus vehicles. I wouldn’t recommend having them change my oil. They might return it in pieces and take no responsibility.

Glad to hear it. I tried contacting Irwin Escobar to find out why the warranty was not being honored, but after a couple of weeks of being told he’s not available but he’ll call me back I gave up on that. I thought about going into the dealership to talk to him, but he’d probably just run out the back door. I look forward to discussing this situation in detail. Thanks

Beautiful 2023 Lexus GX460

Bought a 2023 GX460 a few days ago and couldn?t be happier. My sales person and the rest of the staff at Kendall Lexus of Eugene was fantastic.

Had a great service experience at Kendall Lexus

Drop my car off for a 15,000 mile service at 11:30 AM , while waiting for my Service Writer Erwin Scobar to write me up, everyone was removed from the building do to a suspected natural gas leak, the gas company, fire truck, EMT, and ambulance all showed up. At 12:15 it was found to be a false alarm. Erwin wrote me up and said me would do his best to honor the promised pick up time of 1:00 PM. At 12:45 PM Erwin called to say it was ready for pick up. Great service!
