I visited other dealerships prior to visiting Germain at Easton which made me appreciate Germain even more. The other places felt very sales oriented rather than people oriented. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want. I worked with Bryan Jordan, and it was basically like working with an old friend. He was so helpful with narrowing down options. Somehow, he was able to take what I told him and match me with the perfect car. I'm very happy with the initial process and the follow up service since then. I would recommend Bryan to any of my friends and family!

After spending far too much time shopping for, researching, and test driving cars, I came into Germain Lexus at Easton and purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Working with Shea Thompson was stress free and without pressure. He was accommodating, informational, and made what I expected to be a painful experience fun. A couple weeks ago I purchased a preowned Lexus from this dealership through Sales Associate Preston Hutchins who was knowledgeable,fair,personable,patient,and made it a wonderful experience for my wife and I.As part of the deal,he suggested I make an appointment to return to the dealership on a Wednesday so their car upholstery vendor could recondition the leather seats.I am glad I followed his recommendation!I made an appointment and when I returned that day he and the vendor were waiting and got right to work.I was given the use of a nice loaner vehicle and when I returned later that day the seats on my car looked like new!Not only that,but Preston went above and beyond and personally cleaned some small spots on the carpet of my car and even had the dealership's dent repair vendor remove a couple of small dents on the car to make my pre owned car look,smell,and feel immaculate.In my experience it is very rare to find a consummate quality person like Preston who has such a sense of pride in his work,his work place,his product,and his customers!He loves what he does and where he does it.My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our experience at the Germain Lexus of Easton dealership thanks to Preston.He sincerely cares not only about the cars he sells,but also the people who buy them.From my experience,he and this dealership are THE BEST OF THE BEST-THE GOLD STANDARD IN SALES AND SERVICE!

Each time I get my car serviced, the service center is always very generous and helpful and if I ever need a rental car, one is always available.
