Zach and the dealership were great in helping me surprise my husband with an early Christmas gift, complete with a bow! They even got in on the surprise by fibbing a little to get him into the showroom so we could surprise him. Thanks to Zach for creating a wonderful experience for us to remember for years to come.

Overall positive new car buying experience
My husband and I went into this dealership to start the process of data gathering to determine what new car we wanted to buy. We planned to look at several brands. However, they made it so simple, gave us a pricr we could live with and we loved the car so much that we purchased the car that day.

Excellent technology support
I needed help with my Bluetooth after purchasing a new phone. When I called the main number, the person who answered was actually a tech support person. She asked if she could call back at a specified time since I was driving. She called at the specified time and was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Great service, awesome staff at this dealership.

Zack is the Best
I was in the process of looking for a lease; which was something new to me! After passing by Germain Lexus at Easton, I seen they were having their end of the year sale! Once arriving the receptionist was very nice and led me to Zach! Zach was amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and wanted to ensure I chose a vehicle that I truly wanted verses settling. I didn't want to make a irrational decision, so I waited a few weeks. But in that time, he called to check on me and asked why I was indecisive. Once I decided I was going to purchase my car he made sure I had the color I desired, the interior I desired, and the process was effortless. In the past I would be at dealerships for 10 hrs, but not this time! In closing if you are looking for an individual that is going to be professional, not pushy, knowledgeable, understandable... Very friendly and helpful
Bob and JB worked with me on several occasions. Bob and JB were very helpful and friendly. Bob sold us the car and JB met with me several times to help me understand the technology in the car. I worked with Ken because my license plates were delayed coming in. I do not think he was personable or friendly. He was unapologetic for the delay in my license plates. When I asked him why didn't anyone contact me to let me know my license plates would be delayed he was very curt and rude. Working with Ken was the only bad experience I had at this dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would refer my friends to work with Bob and JB.
