Lowball offer
For as much as they want for their cars, Lexus of Nashville certainly does not paying much for quality, clean Carfax trade. Received, by far, the lowest offer of any places I visited during shopping for my next pre-owned car. Very disappointing.

I have been looking at the RX350 for 14 years. About every three or four years I would test drive the newest model. A couple of weeks ago I was finally prepared to jump in and a purchase one. I had been preapproved before I even went in and had spoke with Greg Morgan on the phone. Made arrangements to meet on Saturday. I felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in. Greg and Rick made this a smooth, exciting and very pleasurable experience. The knowledge of the vehicle, the willingness to answer my questions, the patience to show me how to work gadgets in the car and a friendly smile makes Greg an atypical salesman. I am very pleased so far with my purchase. Lexus has a lot to offer in customer service. I am sure they will live up to their name.

Greg immediately attended me as I entered the showroom and provided a very thorough introduction of the GS-350 on showroom floor. I was interested in a slightly used car in order to achieve my budget. He quickly directed me to a couple of options on the lot and suggested a test drive after listening to my needs. He was also very helpful throughout the purchase process. I recommend him as a no-nonsense salesman who really knows the Lexus line-up and listens to his customers.

Contacted Greg about Jeep advertised on the internet. Greg was very helpful, answered all of my questions and set up an appointment for me to come in and take a test drive. I had an unusual trade in (Harley Davidson) and Greg and the dealership worked with me to make the trade work. This was one of the more pleasant Automobile purchases I have made. I would highly recommend Greg and this dealership.
