Greg immediately attended me as I entered the showroom and provided a very thorough introduction of the GS-350 on showroom floor. I was interested in a slightly used car in order to achieve my budget. He quickly directed me to a couple of options on the lot and suggested a test drive after listening to my needs. He was also very helpful throughout the purchase process. I recommend him as a no-nonsense salesman who really knows the Lexus line-up and listens to his customers.

Contacted Greg about Jeep advertised on the internet. Greg was very helpful, answered all of my questions and set up an appointment for me to come in and take a test drive. I had an unusual trade in (Harley Davidson) and Greg and the dealership worked with me to make the trade work. This was one of the more pleasant Automobile purchases I have made. I would highly recommend Greg and this dealership.

My husband and I purchased a 2012 LS last year and decided we wanted the new body. Julia Robertson was the finance manager at another dealership in Nashville TN but had since moved to the Cool Springs location. Because of our first experience with Julia we tracked her down at the Cool Springs location and the experience once again was excellent par none. All the staff that we interacted with were very profressional and wanted to ensure that received everything we needed while there. We would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I returned to the Cools Springs Lexus location to return...
I returned to the Cools Springs Lexus location to return my expired leased vehicle. I brought my 17 year old son with me to share in the Lexus experience. The visit was prepared by Gregory Morgan and Rich Nicholls by providing 2 GS 350 vehicles to choose from. The process of returning my RX 450h and acquiring my new GS 350 F Sport was effortless. My 17 year old teenager even stated how fast and easy this experience was. I don't mind spending money on quality products and Lexus provides a extremely reliable, quality and beautiful product. I will definitely return to the Lexus Cool Springs dealership for future purchases and will refer others so they can experience how a car dealer should treat a customer.

My experience with this dealership was ok :) Greg was very nice and helpful in many ways with my vehicle. Though I bought a vehicle that was not a lexus. I was treated as though I had. I have no complaints about this dealership. Greg and Julie were awesome :)

Greg Morgan was fantastic! He was very easy to work with and helped us obtain a great deal on our new GS350 as well as on our trade-in. The staff was also very accomodating as we unexpectedly had to bring our 2 year old son with us. They offered him snacks, children's books and entertained him. We will defnitely come back to Greg and Lexus of Nashville for our next vehicle!
