Exceptional Experience!

I was impressed from the beginning with Bow Tie John. He was friendly, honest and made the experience of buying a Lexus the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. When I arrived, he had the vehicle waiting out front to show it to me and to test drive. The purchasing process lasted less than 2 hours from beginning to end. John went over and above the norm for a car salesman. Its what you would expect from a luxury car dealership. I would highly recommend Lexus of Cool Springs and Bow Tie John.

6.5 hours for an oil change is nuts.

Consistently poor service department. 6.5 hours for an oil change. Took a loaner for 3.5 hours then waited 3 hours.

Lousy service

My wife had an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change. She didn't get out of there until 5pm, 6 and a half hours later. She took a loaner from 10:30 to 2pm, assuming that surely her oil change would be done by 2, then sat there until 5 waiting for the car. We have owned 4 Lexus cars and our service from our Illinois dealer was great, but this dealer has always been poor. My wife's next car won't be a Lexus.

A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

I contacted Peter Katseff through a text message on their website to inquire about a 2015 GMC Canyon that I noticed on Cars.com, since I had been looking for one of these trucks for quite awhile. They looked up the information that I requested and we set a time (two days later) to look at the truck. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant to deal with and Peter showed me all the features of the vehicle and we were allowed to drive it several miles to see if it was what we wanted. I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone who may be looking for a quality used or new vehicle.

Poor customer service and moral ethics.

I will try to keep this short and sweet. A complete synopsis would be longer than the hobbit! I have bought a number of cars over the past 2 decades but none have been a Lexus. After the experience I had with Doug Stovall at Cool Springs Lexus, I will never buy nor recommend anyone to venture that route. Looking through the number of management and sales books I have, not one quality nor trait matched what he abides by, it's the complete opposite and that's being gentle. Take it for what it's worth, don't use this dealership for anything, drive to the downtown Lexus if you really want that special car of your choosing. The lack of customer service, honesty, moral ethics and professionalism is an extreme low for this dealership. Ownership needs to take a hard look at the vertical alignment very soon.

Put my wife and baby in danger

They sold me a lemon. I called them to get them to fix a problem with they car that I had proof they knew about when I bought the car. They only offered for me to drive two hours away for them to charge me to look at the car - this took 3 days of them sporadically returning my phone calls. I took it to another Lexus dealer and the grounded the car, because Lexus corporate told them it was too unsafe to drive! My precious wife and 2 year old drove that car for 2 months!!!! The other Lexus dealership even worked it out for Lexus corporate to pay for it since Lexus of Cool Springs knowingly put us at such a risk. I'm terribly disappointed in them. All they wanted to do was stick me with their lemon and put money in their pocket. Don't buy from them if you expect any more than 4 wheels and a title.

Bow Tie John - Exceptional Experience

We located a car at cool springs Lexus after searching for a certified pre owned lx570. After contacting a few other dealers within a 500 mile radius, we reached out to this dealer. Bow Tie John responded professionally and promptly to every request and we were able to do the deal efficiently and without any pressure. When I got to the dealer after driving up from Memphis, I was promptly greeted and attended to. I literally was there for less than 2 hours. I cannot remember the last time it took such a short time to go through all the paperwork. I highly recommend John for his great service and follow up after the sale!

Very disappointed customer

We leased a brand new GX in December 2015. At the 10000 mile service, they changed the oil but didn't fill it all the way so we had to go back the next day to get it filled due the the low engine oil message. At 15,000 miles, my college-aged daughter took the car in to be serviced and get the oil changed. No oil was changed. Then, they replaced her windshield wiper blades on an 11 month old car when the warranty book states they'd inspect the blades and not replace. Also, they rotated her tires at both 10,000 and 15,000 miles, which I could have done for free. She was taken advantage of because she knew nothing about cars, and they knew that. Jim Johnson

Cool Spgs Lexus sets the bar for excellent customer service!

We have worked over the years with 3 Lexus dealerships and never experienced the level of professionism that we encountered here. From John and Taylor in the service department to Terry in sales, everyone we came in contact with was definitely top tier. The service department rescued us in a strange town when we had a car failure, communicated timely and accurately, gave us a loaner auto so we wouldn't miss seeing our granddaughter. Then when we decided to purchase a new car, we met Terry who was awesome! He worked tirelessly to locate our 1st choice RX - color, features, etc. and today we are very happy and grateful customers! We highly recommend Cool Springs Lexus to everyone!
