My experience with this this dealership was definitely positive. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and everything ran so smoothly. I have never had a need to own my own car, living in the city most of my life. I moved to New Jersey a few months ago when my job tranfered me here and it was finally time to look for a reliable vehicle. A co-worker of mine purchased her car from this dealership and recommended that I look further into possibly purchasing here as well. Arsen was a fantastic young man and really helped me throughout the entire process. He explained details about vehicles and insisted I feel completely comfortable with whatever I purchased. After a long search, I finally decided on a car. Arsen was kind enough to email my brother in law pictures and details of the car as I wanted his input before making the ultimate decision. I do not have on complain about this dealership. The staff was kind, accomodating and the price got my car for was great. I feel comfotable with my car and it has made transportation so much easier. The weather has been so crazy, I am so happy that Arsen recommended a car with 4 wheel drive. Im happy and I just want to tell these gentleman how much I appreciate their customer service and I will be spreading the word on how great this establishment is. - Diane

Made a fairly recent purchase with this dealership a few weeks back and wanted to tell others how great the prices are. The staff is okay but I didnt go to make friends so what mattered most was definitley up to par. Wide range of vehicles to choose from and they were super well taken care of and well maintained but the PRICES ...they were AMAZING! Went to the dealership with my cousin who has been a mechanic for 12 years and both of us were surprised with the quality of the vehicles and the price. Test drove some really nice cars and finally found exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and truly feel I made a great deal by purchasing with this dealeship!

Great experience with this dealership, probably the best dealership I have purchased from. EVERYTHING worked out smoothly and they really took their time to understand my needs. Gregory was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable about every vehicle I was interested in, that really made a difference. I am VERY happy with my new vehicle and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend family and friends to this fantastic place. In the future, if I ever had another automotive need, this dealership would be the first place on my list.

These people are LIARS.Spoke to sales person at 10:00am to make an appointment to see an advertise SUV.He verified it was not sold yet, there was a deposit on it. When I arrived, yes the old bait and switch, no that one was not available. How about this one for $16,000 dollars more. It happened and I couldn't believe it.....How can they still be in business!!!!The ads they leave active are to get you into their dealership, they have been sold.Whats left is a higher priced car.THIS DEALER HAS AN "F" RATING FOR A GOOD REASON!!!

I'd like to compliment 21 Century Auto Group, for the excellent car sales service he provided me last week my GL450. He helped me to sort out my concerned after I been to other dealership. I mean I had been several dealerships searching for a good Benz GL450. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your 21 Century Auto Group. However, Mr. Chris's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with 21 Century Auto Group for years to come.

After agreeing on a price they raised the price. So we left. And they lied they wasted several hours of our time to not make a deal

I would consider this the best used car dealership in the tri-state area. The wide variety of cars they have in their show room is quite impressive. It was very hard for me to pick one but my sales associate, Christopher was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole transaction went through smoothly, even to the point where my sales associate didn't feel like a stranger anymore. Very impressed with this dealer, walked out with a 2009 Infinity FX 35 and a huge smile on my face. Thank you 21st Century Auto Group !

This dealership is a totally lie. Almost every car with good price listed on their internet is either sold out or have some "problems". I talked to a salesman Barkerly, offered to buy a 2008 X5 with 25K, he just laughed at my low offter and talked to other salesman as joke. The general manager came to me and said, you either pay 26,999 for this X5 or get out. DON'T EVER GO THERE !!!!!!!!!! I swear to God, this is the WORST dealership I've ever met.

Called the ?sales? to see if the car I wanted was still available before I made the two hour trip, I was told it was there and it'll be ready when I arrive....... I get there, car is sold. Youre kidding me right? Poor poor service. Disgusting that you can do that to people without any care

I have been reading the reviews online associated with this dealership and cant believe so many people have bad things to say. For my husband and I, these folks really met our expectations and helped us find the perfect family vehicle. Arthur was a very pleasant salesman who took his time, didn’t rush us into buying and made sure we were happy with everything up until we walked out of the dealership. Similar to other folks, we came across this dealership online. At first my husband called in and set up an appointment to meet with a sales rep but it had to be canceled due to the snowy weather conditions. I called in and spoke with Ashley, she was extremely polite and helped and understood why we needed to reschedule. The appointment times Ashley had were not very convenient for my husband and I so she worked Andre and found something to accommodate us. This was fantastic! Once we arrived at the dealership, Arthur took care of us and showed us everything we wanted to see. We test drove and felt like Arthur was really take his time with our sale. We are very pleased with this dealership, its staff and the deal we signed for on our new 2008 Mercedes SUV .
