I bought a car from this dealer S500 4Matic. I originally went in there because i saw a couple of different cars on their website. When i went in to see those cars, I was told that those cars were not available because they were damaged and being shipped overseas. I decided to buy a S500 4Matic. I was made many promises that were not kept, like missing floor mats, scratches on the bumper that i had to go in 3 times to get fixed, missing shifter knob. Before i purchased the car, i asked them if the car had been in a accident they told me it was never in a accident. After i bought the car, i found out from my insurance guy, that the car was involved in a accident before. Very shady dealership!!!! Please do your research before purchasing anything from this place!

I've had great experiences while getting my cars (as well as my brother's) from 21st Century! Their staff is very knowledgeable, as well as courteous! The cars on display are amazing and the entire lot is very well maintained. This place is very welcoming and most importantly, delivers quality vehicles and works with you throughout the entire buying process.

Cars tend to be on higher mileage side, with geater than average wear. Many are not even detailed. No prices are displayed. Salespeople know little about the inventory, let alone any particular car. Before they will tell you the price of a car, they want a copy your driver's license (you heard correctly - not a test drive - just to obtain the asking price). It is that type of place.

I bought a lexus from Barclay and he was a very good sale person. I would buy another car if I could. They have such great personilties the show room was nice. You need to get in there today to get a car.

My partner and I have been looking to purchase a car for several months now and have looked at over 10 different dealerships for the perfect vehicle. A co worker of mine mentioned that she purchased her car at this dealership and insisted that we stop by and check it out before purchasing. I called two weeks ago and set up an appointment to look at 2 different vehicles that had caught our attention online. Upon arriving to the dealership, our sales rep. Arthur was ready to take care of us, no long waits or anything, we thought that was a great way to start. Arthur was fantastic. He understood what we were looking for and took the time to pull up his inventory and show us other vehicles that might interest us. We looked at 5 different cars and were encouraged by Arthur to test drive any which one, we drove 3 and as predicted, fell in love with one of them...our first choice online and at the dealership. We are both very happy to recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We really felt appreciated and everything went so smoothly. Just bought a used Mercedes 4 days ago from Barclay and he was a great salesman! Extremely professional, friendly, and helped me find the perfect car. I have had no problems with my car yet since I've had it and I know that 21st Century would help me out if I did. This is the perfect place to buy a car, I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else!
